Patient population Inclusion criteria: – Mothers with infants from Well-baby clinic at Naresuan University Hospital during January 2013 – Participated parents in this research Exclusion criteria: – Children suffering from any disease. Ex.Infection – Children with Congenital heart disease – Children with Congenital anomalies. Ex.Cleft lip&Cleft palate – Parents who do not cooperate in research

Discussion The factors affecting the first 6-month exclusive breastfeeding which are statistical significant – The level of education – Occupation – Maternal knowledge and attitudes

Discussion The maternal knowledge and the correct attitude of the importance of the first 6-month exclusive breastfeeding should be highlighted in order to achieve the goal set.
