Objective 1.)สร้างWireless fetoscope เครื่องแรกในประเทศไทยพื่อใช้ใน การผ่าตัดส่องกล้องภายในมดลูกและใส่สายระบายน้ำในโพรง สมองลงถูงน้ำคร่ำ 2.)สร้างหุ่นฝึกผ่าตัดทารกในครรภ์ เพื่อฝึกผ่าตัดแก้ไขความพิการ แต่กำเนิด 2ชนิด 2.1 Myelomeningocoele 2.2 Hydrocephalus 3.)ฝึกผ่าตัดเสมือนจริง 2ชนิด 3.1Hysterotomy Closure of myelomeningocoele 3.2 Percutaneous fetoscope ventriculo amniotic shunt insertion

Method สร้างกล้องส่องภายในมดลูกเพื่อผ่าตัดทารกในครรภ์ ฝึกผ่าตัดใส่สายระบายน้ำในโพรงสมองลงช่องน้ำคร่ำโดยใช้ กล้องส่องภายในครรภ์กับหุ่นจำลองหญิงตั้งครรภ์ 24สัปดาห์ ศึกษานำร่องผลสำเร็จ,เทคนิกการผ่าตัดและข้อผิดพลาดที่จะ เกิดขึ้น

Benefit & Future development มีกล้องส่องภายในชนิดไร้สายเพื่อการฝึกผ่าตัดทารกในครรภ์ เป็นเครื่องแรกของโลกและประเทศไทย มีการฝึกผ่าตัดทารกในครรภ์เป็นครั้งแรกในประเทศไทย พัฒนาไปสู่การผ่าตัดจริง เพิ่มคุณภาพการผ่าตัด ความปลอดภัย ผลสำเร็จ เพิ่มคุณภาพการฝึกอบรมศัลยแพทย์ ก้าวไปสู่ความเป็นเลิศทางศัลยกรรมทัดเทียมอารยประเทศ
