UNIT 1 ชุดนี้เป็นการอธิบายการใช้สื่อการสอนนี้ GREETINGS, INTRODUCING AND LEAVE-TAKING ชุดนี้เป็นการอธิบายการใช้สื่อการสอนนี้ เพื่อให้ครูทำความเข้าใจบทเรียนและวิธีการใช้สื่อสามารถใช้สื่อการสอนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ไม่ใช่สำหรับนำไปประกอบการสอน

เราใช้ Hello กับคนที่เราเพิ่งรู้จักหรือผู้ที่มีอาวุโสกว่า 5 การใช้คำเกี่ยวกับการทักทาย เราสามารถใช้คำ Hi กับคนที่เรารู้จักคุ้นเคย เช่นเพื่อน เราใช้ Hello กับคนที่เราเพิ่งรู้จักหรือผู้ที่มีอาวุโสกว่า หมายเหตุ ในปัจจุบันการทักทายเหล่านี้ มีการใช้ไม่แตกต่างกันนัก You can say “Hi” to people you know well and “Hello” to people you’ve just met or to seniors.
