Responsibilities of Transporters Commits to transportation services with reference to Thai Law, VNT rules and regulation. Organizes Safety awareness & refreshment training such Defensive driving for drivers, as well as Training Records Manages Yearly physical examination & Reports Organizes Truck/Road tanker preventive maintenance & Records Organizes & Does tanker inspection & records, reports to VNT Reports immediately to Vinythai for any discovered incident/accident and timely do an investigation report Drills an Exercise emergency control upon pre-plan
