Case study Neck mass
History of present illness A 60-year-old female presented with a neck mass for 10 years but did not see physician at that time because she thought it was due to obesity. Two months ago, she noticed an enlarging mass at the same location. The mass is growing very rapidly and lately causing dysphagia and difficulty of breath so she came to Chulalongkorn hospital for admission.
Physical examination A large nodule is detected on the thyroid gland.
