AT REGIONAL LEVEL Stepping up collaboration in prevention and control of trans-boundary emerging infectious diseases through Strengthening regional mechanism including those under the ASEAN Plus Three framework to ensure proper preparedness and response to emerging infectious diseases including Ebola; Strengthening effective communication channels, among Ministers of Health, and Health Senior Officials and key contact points Promoting the collaboration and provision of financial support and sharing of resources from available sources Strengthening health systems with continuous efforts of ASEAN Plus Three to develop human resources for health;
