Triggering Behavior Learning Point Expecting Behavior Learning Point แสดงท่าทีเหนื่อยอ่อน เนื่องจากการรอคิวตรวจนาน นั่นคือ มีใบนัดพบแพทย์ตอน 9.30 น แต่ต้องมานั่งรอจนถึง11.30 น. จึงได้พบแพทย์ นำไปสู่ การอภิปราย เรื่อง เทคนิคการใช้ small talk ในการเริ่มต้นสนทนา แต่งตัวสุภาพ มีลักษณะภูมิฐาน และ มีความรู้ แสดงท่าทีอ่อนน้อมกับแพทย์ และ ตั้งใจฟังในสิ่งที่แพทย์พูด เพราะ เชื่อว่า แพทย์ที่ ศิริราช เป็นแพทย์ที่น่าจะให้คำปรึกษาได้ดีที่สุดแล้ว นำไปสู่ การอภิปราย เรื่อง trust ในกระบวนการ counseling ถามแพทย์ ว่า ผลการตรวจ BRCA2 mutation: positive หมายถึงอะไร ทำไมแพทย์ที่โรงพยาบาลเอกชน จึงแนะนำให้ผ่าตัดเต้านมออกทั้งสองข้าง และ ให้ทำการถามแพทย์ว่า เปรียบเทียบกับ กรณี Angelina Jolie นำไปสู่ การอภิปราย เรื่อง วิธีการในการให้คำแนะนำในกรณีที่เป็นโรคซับซ้อนเข้าใจยาก
