สินค้า ผลิตจากวัตถุดิบในประเทศ ได้คุณภาพมาตรฐาน สากล แข่งขันและส่งออกได้ เลือกซื้อ วัตถุดิบนำเข้าจากประเทศคู่สัญญา FTA เพื่อใช้สิทธิประโยชน์พิเศษทางอากรขาเข้าร้อยละ 0 หรือซื้อจากประเทศอื่นดี ? ผลิตได้แหล่งกำเนิดสินค้าของ FTA ที่ไทยไปทำความตกลงไว้ (ต้องทราบเลขพิกัดอัตรศุลกากร)
