การลงทะเบียน Registration Registration Period: Semester 1/2015 3 Aug (Mon) : Registration for new undergraduate students. 10 Aug (Mon) : First day of fine for late registration (45 baht/day is applied). 10 - 24 Aug : Add-drop period. Dropping a course within this period will leave no “W” in the academic record. In addition, 50% of the tuition fee will be refunded for the dropped course. 25 Aug (Tue) : 1st day of withdrawal with “W” in the academic record (no tuition refund).

การถอนรายวิชาหลังสอบกลางภาค Withdrawal after Midterm Exam Midterm Examination 28 Sept - 10 Oct 2015 : Mid-term examination. 26 Oct 2015 : Last day for announcement of results of midterm examination. Withdrawal after Midterm Examination 2 Nov 2015 : Withdrawal deadline with “W” in the academic record. (Request for withdrawal after this deadline may not be approved) Final Examination 8 - 19 Dec 2015 : Final examination 30 Dec 2015 : Grade announcement PLEASE SEE YOUR ADVISOR! การเพิ่มและถอนรายวิชา Add / Drop Course addition เพิ่มวิชา within 2 weeks ภายใน 2 สัปดาห์ Withdrawal ถอนวิชา - within 2 weeks – 50% fee refund and no record of “W” ภายใน 2 สัปดาห์ คืนเงิน 50% และไม่บันทึกในระเบียน - after 2 weeks until 12 weeks “W” and no fee refund หลังจาก 2 สัปดาห์ ถึง 12 สัปดาห์ “W” และไม่คืนเงิน - no withdrawal allowed after 12 weeks (except special cases) หลัง 12 สัปดาห์ ขอถอนไม่ได้ (ยกเว้นกรณีพิเศษ)

Academic Program Selection Students have been grouped into 4 groups according to the choices made at admission: 1. Engineering Programs (CE, ChE, IE, ME, EC) students take : - Physics (SCS 138, 139, 183, 184) - Chemistry (SCS 126, 176) - Mathematics (MAS 116, 117) etc. 2. Technology Program (IT) students take : - General Sciences (GTS 121, 122) - Mathematics for Technologists I, II (GTS 116, GTS 117) etc. 3. Engineering Program (CPE) students take : - Physics (SCS 138, 139) 4. Management Programs (MT, EM) students take : - General Sciences (GTS 121,122) - Mathematical Analysis for Management Science (GTS 111) - Linear Algebra (GTS 112) etc.

Academic Program Selection 23 April 2016 (Sat) : Information Session for Program Selection 25 - 29 April 2016 : Academic Program Selection Period 8 June 2016 : Announcement Criteria : Equivalent GPA, choices of selection.

การจบการศึกษา Graduation Cumulative grade point average of 2.00 นักศึกษาจะจบได้ต้องมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยสะสมอย่างน้อย 2.0 Study for no fewer than 7 regular semesters. English proficiency (before graduation)

เกียรตินิยม Honors อันดับ 1 First Class Honors Completing the study within 4 years. The final cumulative grade point average is not lower than 3.5. The cumulative grade point average of the courses in the major is not lower than 2.00. None of the courses is given a U grade, or a grade lower than C. None of the courses is repeated.

เกียรตินิยม Honors อันดับ 2 Second Class Honors 1. Completing the study within 4 years. 2. The final cumulative grade point average is not lower than 3.25. 3. The cumulative grade point average of the courses in the major is not lower than 2.00. 4. None of the courses is given a U or F grade. 5. None of the courses is repeated.

สถานะภาพของนักศึกษาที่พึงระวัง Warning and Probation Status CGPA < 1.50 in the first semester Warning CGPA < 1.50 at the end the second semester Dismissed From the second semester onwards, the student status will be given as follows: Warning 1: if CGPA < 2.00 for one semester Warning 2: if CGPA < 2.00 for two consecutive semesters Probation: if CGPA < 2.00 for three consecutive semesters Dismissed: if CGPA < 2.00 for four consecutive semesters
