ด้านการผลิต เพิ่มผลผลิตต่อไร่ จาก 439 กก / ไร่ เป็น 529 กก / ไร่ ด้านการพัฒนาชาวนา สร้าง smart farmers จังหวัดละ 20 คน ในปี 2554 และศูนย์บริการ ข่าวสารและการเรียนรู้ชาวนา อำเภอละ 1 แห่งในปี 2554 ด้านการตลาด ทำให้ราคาข้าวเปลือก ภายในประเทศปรับตัวสูงขึ้น 10% ภายใน 5 ปี ให้มีการซื้อขายสัญญาในตลาดล่วงหน้า 20% ของปริมาณส่งออกข้าว ในปี 2554 ด้าน Logistics ลดต้นทุนจาก 19% ของ ผลิตภัณฑ์มวลรวมข้าว เป็น 15% ในปี 2554 35
