Strategy and Development for new generation of youth farmers Target:To be a key to continue the development of the agricultural sector replace the old farmer. Establish, expand, promote, and develop group of youth farmers in the elementary school, middle school and in the community continually. Develop knowledge and promote the organization of youth farmers group and create a leadership and networking between as well as It should be supported the exchange of international experience under the youth exchange program with foreign agriculture and Youth Leadership.
To create incentives policy for youth farmers to own agriculture entrepreneurship so that the young leaders will provide the effetive agriculture organization.
