It is a great honour for me to greet you, on behalf of the Municipality of Burgas and the Bulgarian delegation, for your participation in Thailand International Mathematics Competition We, the participants from Bulgaria, are happy to have the opportunity to be part of this prestigious large-scale event. ดิฉันรู้สึกเป็นเกียรติอย่างสูงที่ได้มากล่าวทักทายทุกท่านในนามของเทศบาลเมือง Burgas และคณะผู้แทนจากบัลแกเรีย สำหรับการเข้าร่วมในงานการแข่งขันคณิตศาสตร์ระหว่างประเทศ ประจำปี พ.ศ (TIMC 2016) ในประเทศไทยครั้งนี้ พวกเรา ผู้เข้าแข่งขันจากบัลแกเรียรู้สึกมีความสุขอย่างมากที่ได้มีโอกาสเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการแข่งขันอันทรงเกียรติที่ยิ่งใหญ่นี้

I am very pleased that we meet again. The International Mathematics Competition has come a long way and every year the number of participants is increasing, and the friendships are getting stronger. ดิฉันรู้สึกยินดีเป็นอย่างมากที่เราได้พบ กันอีกครั้ง การแข่งขันคณิตศาสตร์ ระหว่างประเทศได้จัดมาเป็นเวลานาน และในทุกปีจำนวนผู้เข้าร่วมแข่งขันจะ เพิ่มขึ้นพร้อมกับมิตรภาพที่แข็งแกร่ง ขึ้นเช่นกัน

In my capacity as Deputy Mayor of the Municipality of Burgas in Education and Culture, and as a person who every day faces challenges related to the improvement of the quality of education, ในฐานะที่ดิฉันเป็นรองนายกเทศมนตรีเทศบาลเมือง Burgas ที่ดูแลเรื่องการศึกษาและวัฒนธรรมและเป็นผู้ที่ต้องเผชิญหน้ากับความท้าทายในการพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาในทุกวัน

it really impresses me that the competition supports not only the willingness of students for contesting in the field of mathematics, but it also teaches them to think rationally, fosters perseverance and diligence, at the same time giving them the opportunity to have fun and enjoy solving mathematical problems. ดิฉันประทับใจที่การแข่งขันสนับสนุนไม่ใช่ แค่ความตั้งใจของนักเรียนในการแข่งขัน คณิตศาสตร์เท่านั้น แต่ยังสอนให้พวกเขา คิดอย่างมีเหตุผล ส่งเสริมความอดทนและ ความขยัน ในขณะเดียวกันยังทำให้พวกเขา ได้มีโอกาสที่จะพบความสนุกสนานและ เพลิดเพลินไปกับการแก้ปัญหาทางคณิตศาสตร์

For they need to love what they do and to do it with their hearts, so that they have the motivation, which will help them to go on when difficulties come their way. Mathematics is a universal science. It knows no barriers of language and is understandable to all. But here mathematics is combined with the understanding of different cultures, the communication with different people, and the cultural bridges are yet another means that unites us and helps us to overcome challenges. คณิตศาสตร์เป็นศาสตร์สากล ภาษาไม่เป็นอุปสรรค และทุกคนจึงสามารถเข้าใจได้ ณ ที่นี้คณิตศาสตร์ ผสมผสานระหว่างความเข้าใจในวัฒนธรรมที่แตกต่าง กัน การสื่อสารกับผู้คนที่แตกต่างกัน และยังเป็นการ เชื่อมโยงทางวัฒนธรรมให้เราเป็นหนึ่งเดียว และช่วย ให้เราเอาชนะความท้าทาย

They are those links that bring people from different nations together and support them in their development. Here we can find out that we are the same in our pursuit of knowledge, equity and better living conditions. สิ่งเหล่านี้เชื่อมโยงผู้คนจากประเทศที่แตกต่างกันให้มาช่วยกันและร่วมกันพัฒนา ที่นี่เราค้นพบได้ว่าเรามีความเหมือนกันในการแสวงหาความรู้ ความเสมอภาคและสภาพความเป็นอยู่ที่ดีขึ้น
