1Praise the LORD! Praise, O servants of the LORD, praise the name of the LORD! 1จงสรรเสริญพระเจ้าเถิด บรรดาผู้รับใช้ของพระเจ้าเอ๋ย จงสรรเสริญเถิด จงสรรเสริญพระนามพระเจ้า

2Blessed be the name of the LORD from this time forth and forevermore

3From the rising of the sun to its setting, the name of the LORD is to be praised! 3ตั้งแต่ที่ดวงอาทิตย์ขึ้นจนถึงที่ดวงอาทิตย์ตก พระนามของพระเจ้าเป็นที่สรรเสริญ

Acts กิจการ 13:47 47For so the Lord has commanded us, saying, “‘I have made you a light for the Gentiles, that you may bring salvation to the ends of the earth.’” 47ด้วยองค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้าได้ตรัสสั่งเราอย่างนี้ว่า 'เราได้ตั้งเจ้าไว้ให้เป็นความสว่างของคนต่างชาติ เพื่อเจ้าจะเป็นเหตุให้คนทั้งหลายรอด ถึงที่สุดปลายแผ่นดินโลก'”

Malachi มาลาคี 1:11 11For from the rising of the sun to its setting my name will be great among the nations, and in every place incense will be offered to my name, and a pure offering. For my name will be great among the nations, says the LORD of hosts.

11พระเจ้าจอมโยธาตรัสว่า ตั้งแต่ที่ดวงอาทิตย์ขึ้นถึงที่ดวงอาทิตย์ตก นามของเราก็ใหญ่ยิ่งท่ามกลางประชาชาติทั้งหลาย และเขาถวายเครื่องหอมและของถวายที่บริสุทธิ์แด่นาม ของเราทุกที่ทุกแห่ง เพราะว่านามของเรานั้นใหญ่ยิ่งท่ามกลางประชาชาติ  

Deuteronomy พระราชบัญญัติ 28:1-14 1“And if you faithfully obey the voice of the LORD your God, being careful to do all his commandments that I command you today, the LORD your God will set you high above all the nations of the earth.

1“ถ้าท่านทั้งหลายเชื่อฟังพระสุรเสียงของพระเยโฮวาห์ พระเจ้าของท่าน และระวังที่จะกระทำตามพระบัญญัติของพระองค์ซึ่งข้าพเจ้า บัญชาท่านในวันนี้ พระเยโฮวาห์พระเจ้าของท่านจะทรงตั้งท่านไว้ให้สูงกว่า บรรดาประชาชาติทั้งหลายทั่วโลก

2And all these blessings shall come upon you and overtake you, if you obey the voice of the LORD your God. 2พระพรเหล่านี้จะตามมาทันท่าน ถ้าท่านทั้งหลายฟังพระสุรเสียงของ พระเยโฮวาห์พระเจ้าของท่าน

3Blessed shall you be in the city, and blessed shall you be in the field. 3ท่านทั้งหลายจะรับพระพรในเมือง ท่านทั้งหลายจะรับพระพรในทุ่งนา

4Blessed shall be the fruit of your womb and the fruit of your ground and the fruit of your cattle, the increase of your herds and the young of your flock. 4พงศ์พันธุ์ของตัวท่านเอง ผลแห่งพื้นดินของท่านและพันธุ์แห่งสัตว์ของท่านจะรับพระพร คือฝูงวัวของท่านที่เพิ่มขึ้น ฝูงแกะของท่านที่เพิ่มลูกขึ้น

5Blessed shall be your basket and your kneading bowl

6Blessed shall you be when you come in, and blessed shall you be when you go out. 6ท่านจะรับพระพรเมื่อท่านเข้ามา และท่านจะรับพระพรเมื่อท่านออกไป

7“The LORD will cause your enemies who rise against you to be defeated before you. They shall come out against you one way and flee before you seven ways. 7“พระเจ้าจะทรงกระทำให้ศัตรูผู้ลุกขึ้นต่อสู้ท่าน พ่ายแพ้แก่ท่าน เขาจะออกมาต่อสู้ท่านทางหนึ่ง และหนีจากท่านเจ็ดทาง

8The LORD will command the blessing on you in your barns and in all that you undertake. And he will bless you in the land that the LORD your God is giving you.

8พระเจ้าจะทรงบัญชาพระพรให้แก่ฉางของท่าน และบรรดากิจการที่ท่านกระทำ และพระองค์จะทรงอำนวยพระพร แก่ท่านในแผ่นดินซึ่งพระเยโฮวาห์ พระเจ้าของท่านประทานแก่ท่าน

9The LORD will establish you as a people holy to himself, as He has sworn to you, if you keep the commandments of the LORD your God and walk in His ways.

9พระเจ้าจะทรงตั้งท่านให้เป็นชนชาติบริสุทธิ์แด่พระองค์ ดังที่พระองค์ทรงปฏิญาณแก่ท่านแล้ว ถ้าท่านรักษาพระบัญญัติของพระเยโฮวาห์พระเจ้าของท่าน และดำเนินในมรรคาของพระองค์

10And all the peoples of the earth shall see that you are called by the name of the LORD, and they shall be afraid of you. 10และชนชาติทั้งหลายในโลกจะ เห็นว่าเขาเรียกท่านตามพระนามพระเจ้า และเขาทั้งหลายจะเกรงกลัวท่าน

11And the LORD will make you abound in prosperity, in the fruit of your womb and in the fruit of your livestock and in the fruit of your ground, within the land that the LORD swore to your fathers to give you.

11พระเจ้าจะทรงกระทำให้ท่านทั้งหลายอุดมสมบูรณ์ ไปด้วยพันธุ์ของตัวท่านเอง ผลของฝูงสัตว์ของท่านและผลแห่งพื้นดินของท่าน ในแผ่นดินซึ่งพระเจ้าทรงปฏิญาณแก่บรรพบุรุษว่าจะให้ท่าน

12The LORD will open to you His good treasury, the heavens, to give the rain to your land in its season and to bless all the work of your hands. And you shall lend to many nations, but you shall not borrow.

12พระเจ้าจะเปิดคลังฟ้าอันดีของพระองค์ประทานฝน แก่ท่านตามฤดูกาล และทรงอำนวยพระพรแก่กิจการน้ำมือของท่าน และท่านจะให้ประชาชาติหลายประชาชาติขอยืม แต่ท่านจะไม่ขอยืมเขา

13And the LORD will make you the head and not the tail, and you shall only go up and not down, if you obey the commandments of the LORD your God, which I command you today, being careful to do them,

13ถ้าท่านเชื่อฟังพระบัญญัติของพระเยโฮวาห์พระเจ้าของท่าน ซึ่งข้าพเจ้าบัญชาท่านในวันนี้ และระวังที่จะกระทำตาม พระเจ้าจะทรงกระทำให้ท่านเป็นหัวไม่ใช่เป็นหาง กระทำให้สูงขึ้นทางเดียวมิใช่ให้ต่ำลง

14and if you do not turn aside from any of the words that I command you today, to the right hand or to the left, to go after other gods to serve them. 14และถ้าท่านไม่หันเหไปจากถ้อยคำ ซึ่งข้าพเจ้าบัญชาท่านในวันนี้ โดยหันไปทางขวามือหรือทางซ้าย ไปติดตามปรนนิบัติพระอื่น

4The LORD is high above all nations, and His glory above the heavens

5Who is like the LORD our God, who is seated on high, 5ไม่มีพระใดเป็นเหมือนพระเจ้าของเรา ผู้ประทับบนที่สูง

6who looks far down on the heavens and the earth

Philippians ฟีลิปปี 2:9-11 9Therefore God has highly exalted him and bestowed on him the name that is above every name, 9เหตุฉะนั้นพระเจ้าจึงได้ทรงยกพระองค์ขึ้นอย่างสูง และได้ประทานพระนามเหนือนามทั้งปวงให้แก่พระองค์  

10so that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, 10เพื่อเพราะพระนามนั้นทุกเข่า ในสวรรค์ ที่แผ่นดินโลก ใต้พื้นแผ่นดินโลก จะคุกลงกราบ พระเยซู

11and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. 11และเพื่อทุกลิ้นจะยอมรับ ว่าพระเยซูคริสต์ทรงเป็นองค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้า อันเป็นการถวายพระเกียรติแด่พระบิดาเจ้า  

7He raises the poor from the dust and lifts the needy from the ash heap, 7พระองค์ทรงยกคนยากจนขึ้นมาจากผงคลี และทรงยกคนขัดสนขึ้นมาจากกองขี้เถ้า

8to make them sit with princes, with the princes of His people

9He gives the barren woman a home, making her the joyous mother of children. Praise the LORD! 9พระองค์โปรดให้หญิงหมันมีบ้านอยู่ เป็นแม่ที่ชื่นบานมีบุตร จงสรรเสริญพระเจ้าเถิด

1 Samuel ซามูเอล 2: 1-10 1And Hannah prayed and said, “My heart exults in the LORD; my strength is exalted in the LORD. My mouth derides my enemies, because I rejoice in your salvation.

1นางฮันนาห์ได้อธิษฐานและกล่าวว่า “จิตใจของข้าพเจ้าชื่นชมในพระเจ้า ในพระเจ้ากำลังของข้าพเจ้าก็เข้มแข็ง ปากของข้าพเจ้าก็อ้ากว้างเข้าใส่ศัตรูของข้าพเจ้า เพราะข้าพเจ้าเปรมปรีดิ์ในความรอดของพระองค์

2“There is none holy like the LORD; there is none besides you; there is no rock like our God. 2“ไม่มีผู้ใดบริสุทธิ์ดังพระเจ้า ไม่มีผู้ใดนอกเหนือพระเจ้า ไม่มีศิลาใดเหมือนพระเจ้าของข้าพเจ้าทั้งหลาย

3Talk no more so very proudly, let not arrogance come from your mouth; for the LORD is a God of knowledge, and by Him actions are weighed. 3อย่าพูดโอหังอีกต่อไปเลย อย่าให้ความจองหองออกมาจากปากของเจ้าเลย เพราะพระเจ้าทรงเป็นพระเจ้าของความรู้ การกระทำทั้งหลายพระองค์ทรงเป็นผู้ชั่งตรวจ

4The bows of the mighty are broken, but the feeble bind on strength

5Those who were full have hired themselves out for bread, but those who were hungry have ceased to hunger. The barren has borne seven, but she who has many children is forlorn.

5บรรดาคนที่เคยกินอิ่มก็ต้องออกรับจ้างหากิน แต่คนที่เคยหิวก็หยุดหิว คนที่เป็นหมันมีบุตรเจ็ดคน แต่นางที่มีบุตรมากก็เหี่ยวแห้งไป

6The LORD kills and brings to life; He brings down to Sheol and raises up. 6พระเจ้าทรงประหารและทรงให้มีชีวิต พระองค์ทรงนำลงไปถึงแดนคนตายและก็นำขึ้นมา

7The LORD makes poor and makes rich; He brings low and He exalts

8He raises up the poor from the dust; He lifts the needy from the ash heap to make them sit with princes and inherit a seat of honor. For the pillars of the earth are the LORD's, and on them He has set the world.

8พระองค์ทรงยกคนยากจนขึ้นจากผงคลี พระองค์ทรงยกคนขัดสนขึ้นจากกองขยะ กระทำให้เขานั่งร่วมกับเจ้านาย และได้ที่นั่งอันมีเกียรติเป็นมรดก เพราะว่าเสาแห่งพิภพเป็นของพระเจ้า พระองค์ทรงวางพิภพไว้บนนั้น

9“He will guard the feet of his faithful ones, but the wicked shall be cut off in darkness, for not by might shall a man prevail. 9“พระองค์จะทรงดูแลย่างเท้าของธรรมิกชนของพระองค์ แต่คนอธรรมจะต้องนิ่งอยู่ในความมืด เพราะว่ามนุษย์จะชนะด้วยกำลังของตนก็หาไม่

10The adversaries of the LORD shall be broken to pieces; against them He will thunder in heaven. The LORD will judge the ends of the earth; He will give strength to His king and exalt the power of His anointed.”

10ศัตรูของพระเจ้าจะแตกเป็นชิ้นๆ พระองค์จะทรงเอาฟ้าร้องในสวรรค์ต่อสู้เขา พระเจ้าจะทรงพิพากษาที่สุดปลายพิภพ พระองค์จะทรงประทานกำลังแก่พระราชาของพระองค์ และจะทรงเสริมอำนาจของผู้ที่พระองค์ทรงเจิม ไว้”

John 1ยอห์น 13:1-17 1Now before the Feast of the Passover, when Jesus knew that His hour had come to depart out of this world to the Father, having loved His own who were in the world, He loved them to the end.

1ก่อนถึงงานเทศกาลปัสกา พระเยซูทรงทราบว่า ถึงเวลาแล้วที่พระองค์จะทรงจากโลกนี้ไปหาพระบิดา พระองค์ทรงรักพวกของพระองค์ซึ่งอยู่ในโลกนี้ พระองค์ทรงรักเขาจนถึงที่สุด

2During supper, when the devil had already put it into the heart of Judas Iscariot, Simon's son, to betray him, 2ขณะเมื่อรับประทานอาหารเย็นอยู่นั้น (มารได้ดลใจยูดาสอิสคาริโอท บุตรของซีโมน ให้อายัดพระองค์ไว้)

3Jesus, knowing that the Father had given all things into his hands, and that he had come from God and was going back to God, 3พระเยซูทรงทราบว่าพระบิดาได้ประทานสิ่งทั้งปวงให้อยู่ในพระหัตถ์ของพระองค์ และทรงทราบว่าพระองค์มาจากพระเจ้า และจะไปหาพระเจ้า

4rose from supper. He laid aside His outer garments, and taking a towel, tied it around His waist. 4พระองค์ทรงลุกขึ้นจากการรับประทานอาหาร ทรงถอดฉลองพระองค์ออกวางไว้ และทรงเอาผ้าเช็ดตัวคาดเอวของพระองค์

5Then He poured water into a basin and began to wash the disciples' feet and to wipe them with the towel that was wrapped around Him. 5แล้วก็ทรงเทน้ำลงในอ่าง และทรงเอาน้ำล้างเท้าของพวกสาวก และเช็ดด้วยผ้าที่ทรงคาดเอวไว้นั้น

6He came to Simon Peter, who said to him, “Lord, do you wash my feet

7Jesus answered him, “What I am doing you do not understand now, but afterward you will understand.” 7พระเยซูตรัสตอบเขาว่า “สิ่งที่เรากระทำในขณะนี้ท่านยังไม่รู้เรื่อง แต่ภายหลังท่านจะเข้าใจ”

8Peter said to Him, “You shall never wash my feet 8Peter said to Him, “You shall never wash my feet.” Jesus answered him, “If I do not wash you, you have no share with me.” 8เปโตรทูลพระองค์ว่า “พระองค์จะทรงล้างเท้าของข้าพระองค์ไม่ได้” พระเยซูตรัสตอบเขาว่า “ถ้าเราไม่ล้างท่านแล้ว ท่านจะมีส่วนในเราไม่ได้”

9Simon Peter said to him, “Lord, not my feet only but also my hands and my head!” 9ซีโมนเปโตรทูลพระองค์ว่า “พระองค์เจ้าข้ามิใช่แต่เท้าของข้าพระองค์เท่านั้น แต่ขอทรงโปรดล้างทั้งมือและศีรษะด้วย”

10Jesus said to him, “The one who has bathed does not need to wash, except for his feet, but is completely clean. And you are clean, but not every one of you.” 10พระเยซูตรัสกับเขาว่า “ผู้ที่อาบน้ำแล้วไม่จำเป็นต้องชำระกายอีก ล้างแต่เท้าเท่านั้น เพราะสะอาดหมดทั้งตัวแล้ว พวกท่านก็สะอาดแล้วแต่ไม่ใช่ทุกคน”

11For He knew who was to betray Him; that was why He said, “Not all of you are clean.” 11เพราะพระองค์ทรงทราบว่าใครจะอายัดพระองค์ไว้ เหตุฉะนั้นพระองค์จึงตรัสว่า “ท่านทั้งหลายไม่สะอาดทุกคน”

12When He had washed their feet and put on His outer garments and resumed His place, He said to them, “Do you understand what I have done to you? 12เมื่อพระองค์ทรงล้างเท้าเขาทั้งหลายแล้ว พระองค์ก็ทรงฉลองพระองค์ และประทับลงตรัสกับเขาว่า “ท่านทั้งหลายเข้าใจ ในสิ่งที่เราได้กระทำแก่ท่านหรือ

13You call me Teacher and Lord, and you are right, for so I am

14If I then, your Lord and Teacher, have washed your feet, you also ought to wash one another's feet. 14ฉะนั้นถ้าเราผู้เป็นองค์พระผู้เป็นเจ้า และพระอาจารย์ของท่านได้ล้างเท้าของพวกท่าน พวกท่านก็ควรจะล้างเท้าของกันและกันด้วย

15For I have given you an example, that you also should do just as I have done to you. 15เพราะว่าเราได้วางแบบแก่ท่านแล้ว เพื่อให้ท่านทำเหมือนดังที่เราได้กระทำแก่ท่านด้วย

16Truly, truly, I say to you, a servant is not greater than his master, nor is a messenger greater than the one who sent him. 16เราบอกความจริงแก่ท่านว่า บ่าวจะเป็นใหญ่กว่านายก็ไม่ได้ และทูตจะเป็นใหญ่กว่าผู้ที่ใช้เขาไปก็หามิได้

17If you know these things, blessed are you if you do them

1 Corinthians โครินธ์ 1:26-29 26For consider your calling, brothers: not many of you were wise according to worldly standards, not many were powerful, not many were of noble birth.

26ดูก่อนพี่น้องทั้งหลาย จงพิจารณาดูว่า พวกท่านที่พระเจ้าได้ทรงเรียกมานั้นเป็นคนพวกไหน มีน้อยคนที่โลกนิยมว่ามีปัญญา มีน้อยคนที่มีอำนาจ มีน้อยคนที่มีตระกูลสูง

27But God chose what is foolish in the world to shame the wise; God chose what is weak in the world to shame the strong; 27แต่พระเจ้าได้ทรงเลือกคนที่โลกถือว่าโง่เขลา เพื่อทำให้คนมีปัญญาอับอาย และได้ทรงเลือกคนที่โลกถือว่าอ่อนแอ เพื่อทำให้คนที่แข็งแรงอับอาย

28God chose what is low and despised in the world, even things that are not, to bring to nothing things that are, 28พระเจ้าได้ทรงเลือกสิ่งที่โลกถือว่าต่ำต้อยและดูหมิ่น และเห็นว่าไร้สาระ เพื่อทำลายสิ่งซึ่งโลกเห็นว่าสำคัญ

29so that no human being might boast in the presence of God

Ephesians เอเฟซัส 2:1-10 1And you were dead in the trespasses and sins 1ท่านตายแล้วโดยการละเมิด และการบาป

2in which you once walked, following the course of this world, following the prince of the power of the air, the spirit that is now at work in the sons of disobedience— 2ครั้งเมื่อก่อนท่านเคยประพฤติในการบาปนั้นตามวิถีของโลก ตามเจ้าแห่งย่านอากาศ คือวิญญาณที่ครอบครองอยู่ในคนทั้งหลายที่ไม่เชื่อฟัง

3among whom we all once lived in the passions of our flesh, carrying out the desires of the body and the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, like the rest of mankind.

3เมื่อก่อนเราทั้งปวงเคยประพฤติเป็นพรรคพวกกับคนเหล่านั้น ที่ประพฤติตามตัณหาของเนื้อหนัง คือกระทำตามความปรารถนาของเนื้อหนังและความคิดในใจ ตามสันดานเราจึงเป็นคนควรแก่พระอาชญาเหมือนอย่างคนอื่น

4But God, being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which He loved us, 4แต่พระเจ้าผู้ทรงเปี่ยมด้วยพระกรุณา เพราะเหตุความรักอันใหญ่หลวง ซึ่งพระองค์ทรงรักเรานั้น

5even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ—by grace you have been saved— 5ถึงแม้ว่าเมื่อเราตายไปแล้วในการบาป พระองค์ยังทรงกระทำให้เรามีชีวิตอยู่กับพระคริสต์ (ซึ่งท่านทั้งหลายรอดนั้นก็รอดโดยพระคุณ)

6and raised us up with Him and seated us with Him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, 6และพระองค์ทรงให้เราเป็นขึ้นมากับพระองค์ และทรงโปรดให้เรานั่งในสวรรคสถานกับพระเยซูคริสต์

7so that in the coming ages He might show the immeasurable riches of His grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus. 7เพื่อว่าในยุคต่อๆไป พระองค์จะได้ทรงสำแดงพระคุณของพระองค์อันอุดมเหลือล้น ในการซึ่งพระองค์ได้ทรงเมตตาเราในพระเยซูคริสต์

8For by grace you have been saved through faith 8For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, 8ด้วยว่าซึ่งท่านทั้งหลายรอดนั้นก็รอดโดยพระคุณเพราะความเชื่อ และมิใช่โดยตัวท่านทั้งหลายกระทำเอง แต่พระเจ้าทรงประทานให้

9not a result of works, so that no one may boast

10For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them. 10เพราะว่าเราเป็นฝีพระหัตถ์ของพระองค์ ที่ทรงสร้างขึ้นในพระเยซูคริสต์เพื่อให้ประกอบการดี ซึ่งพระเจ้าได้ทรงดำริไว้ล่วงหน้าเพื่อให้เรากระทำ

John ยอห์น 15:13 13Greater love has no one than this, that someone lays down his life for his friends. 13ไม่มีผู้ใดมีความรักที่ยิ่งใหญ่กว่านี้ คือการที่ผู้หนึ่งผู้ใดจะสละชีวิตของตนเพื่อมิตรสหายของตน  

Ephesians เอเฟซัส 3:19-20 19and to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled with all the fullness of God. _ 19คือให้ซาบซึ้งในความรักของพระคริสต์ซึ่งเกินความรู้ เพื่อท่านจะได้รับความไพบูลย์ของพระเจ้าอย่างเต็มเปี่ยม
