ARLs ENDORSEMENT WHEN? The ARLs network scheme was endorsed by the ASEAN in 2005. Confirmed on the occasion of the 27th ASEAN Consultative Committee on Standards and Quality (ACCSQ) in Penang, Malaysia, on 20 – 22 March 2006. ARLs Six laboratories were chosen on the basis of their technical capacity. Chosen laboratory was assigned the responsibility to undertake specific functions for one particular field of testing as ASEAN Reference Laboratory.
