23 But when he heard these things, he became very sad, for he was extremely rich. 23 แต่เมื่อเขาได้ยินอย่างนั้นก็เป็นทุกข์นัก เพราะเขาเป็นคนมั่งมีมาก

24 Jesus, looking at him with sadness, said, “How difficult it is for those who have wealth to enter the kingdom of God! 24 เมื่อพระเยซูทรงเห็นเขามีอาการอย่างนั้น พระองค์จึงตรัสว่า “คนมั่งมีจะเข้าในแผ่นดินสวรรค์ของพระเจ้าก็ยากจริงหนา

25 For it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich person to enter the kingdom of God.” 25 เพราะว่าตัวอูฐจะลอดรูเข็มก็ง่ายกว่าคนมั่งมีจะเข้าในแผ่นดินของพระเจ้า”

27 But he said, “What is impossible with men is possible with God

28 And Peter said, “See, we have left our homes and followed you

29And he said to them, “Truly, I say to you, there is no one who has left house or wife or brothers or parents or children, for the sake of the kingdom of God,

30 who will not receive many times more in this time, and in the age to come eternal life.” 30 ในยุคนี้ผู้นั้นจะได้รับตอบแทนหลายเท่า และในยุคหน้าจะได้ชีวิตนิรันดร์”

11 For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested the seventh day. Therefore the LORD blessed the Sabbath day and made it holy.

38 For whoever is ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation, of him will the Son of Man also be ashamed when he comes in the glory of his Father with the holy angels.”

II. Jesus Foretells His Death a Third Time 18: And taking the twelve, he said to them, “See, we are going up to Jerusalem, and everything that is written about the Son of Man by the prophets will be accomplished.

32 For he will be delivered over to the Gentiles and will be mocked and shamefully treated and spit upon. 32 ด้วยว่าบุตรมนุษย์นั้นจะต้องถูกอายัดไว้กับคนต่างชาติ และเขาจะเยาะเย้ยท่าน กระทำหยาบคายแก่ท่าน ถ่มน้ำลายรดท่าน

33 And after flogging him, they will kill him, and on the third day he will rise.” 33 เขาจะโบยตีและฆ่าท่านเสีย แล้วในวันที่สามท่านจะเป็นขึ้นมาใหม่”

III. Jesus Heals The Blind Man Entering Jericho 18:35-43 III

35 As he drew near to Jericho, a blind man was sitting by the roadside begging. 35 เมื่อพระองค์เสด็จมาใกล้เมืองเยรีโค มีคนตาบอดคนหนึ่งนั่งขอทานอยู่ริมหนทาง

39 And those who were in front rebuked him, telling him to be silent
39 And those who were in front rebuked him, telling him to be silent. But he cried out all the more, “Son of David, have mercy on me!” 39 คนที่เดินไปข้างหน้านั้นจึงห้ามเขาให้นิ่ง แต่เขายิ่งร้องขึ้นว่า “บุตรดาวิดเจ้าข้าขอทรงเมตตาข้าพระองค์เถิด”

42 And Jesus said to him, “Recover your sight; your faith has made you well.” 42 พระเยซูตรัสแก่เขาว่า “จงเห็นเถิด ความเชื่อของเจ้าได้กระทำให้ตัวเจ้าหายปกติ”

43 And immediately he recovered his sight and followed him, glorifying God. And all the people, when they saw it, gave praise to God.

43ในทันใดนั้นเขาก็เห็นได้ และตามพระองค์ไปพลางถวายสาธุการแด่พระเจ้า และเมื่อคนทั้งปวงได้เห็นเช่นนั้น ก็สรรเสริญพระเจ้า
