7 Embassy Recommendation : Qualification
สัญชาติไทย อายุตั้งแต่ 22 ปีแต่ไม่เกิน 35 ปี ณ วันที่ 1 เมษายนปีการศึกษาถัดไป จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีหรือเทียบเท่า หรือกำลังจะจบการศึกษาในเดือนมีนาคมปีการศึกษาปัจจุบัน สาขาที่ศึกษาต่อจะต้องเป็นสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสาขาที่จบมา GPA >= 3.50 แต่ถ้ามีความรู้ด้านภาษาญี่ปุ่น (JLPT) - ระดับ 1 : GPA >= ระดับ 2 : GPA >= 3.00 - ระดับ 3 : GPA >= 3.30 หรือสอบ Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students (EJU) ได้ผลคะแนนรวมวิชา “Mathematics Course 2” และ “Science” รวมกันมากกว่า 260 คะแนน Age 22 – 35 yrs Graduated or 4th year student Continuing in related field GPA requirement with Japanese language ability advantage Or EJU test score

ใบสมัคร ดาวน์โหลดจากเว็บไซต์ หรือรับได้ที่สถานทูตหรือสถานกงสุล(เชียงใหม่) เขียนเรียงความเกี่ยวกับสาขาที่จะไปศึกษาต่อ และแผนการศึกษาต่อในประเทศญี่ปุ่น รูปถ่าย 6x4” ไม่เกิน 6 เดือน 3 ใบ Transcript และสำเนาปริญญาบัตร หรือใบรับรองสถานภาพนิสิต ชั้นปีที่ 4 และจะสำเร็จการศึกษาในปีนี้) ใบคะแนนสอบวัดระดับภาษาญี่ปุ่น หรือ EJU (ถ้ามี) เอกสารทุกฉบับกรอกเป็นภาษาอังกฤษหรือญี่ปุ่นหรือแปล Application form from website or embassy Field of study and Study plan Photo Transcript and Certification of graduation JLPT or EJU score (if used) All document must be filled in English or Japanese or translated.

Test Subject Social Sciences : English, Mathematic A Natural Sciences : English, Mathematic B และเลือก 1 วิชาจาก Biology, Chemistry, Physics ข้อสอบทั้งหมดเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ สถานที่สอบ : เลือกสอบได้ที่กรุงเทพฯ หรือ เชียงใหม่ สอบสัมภาษณ์เป็นภาษาอังกฤษ หรือภาษาญี่ปุ่น Paper test held in English Test sites are in Bangkok or Chiangmai Interviewing held in English or Japanese

11 Embassy Recommendation : 2nd Screening
ตรวจร่างกายที่ร.พ.รัฐ ติดต่อหาอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาในมหาวิทยาลัยที่ญี่ปุ่น ภายในเวลาที่ทางสถานทูตกำหนด ทางอีเมล์ จดหมายหรือวิธีใดๆ ก็ได้ ส่งเอกสารที่เกี่ยวกับการสมัครทุน รวมทั้งใบตรวจสุขภาพ ทั้งหมดผ่านไปยัง International Affair ของทางมหาวิทยาลัย ถ้าอาจารย์ตกลงรับเป็นอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษา จะได้รับจดหมาย Letter of acceptance กลับมา เป็นการการันตีว่า 2nd Screening ผ่านแน่นอน (มากกว่า 99%) รายละเอียดทั้งหมดนี้จะมีการ Orientation ที่สถานทูต (ถ้าผ่านการสัมภาษณ์แล้ว) Health Examination Contact Japanese Professor and try utmost effort to get letter of acceptance Also send the application documents to international affair of the university If you got a letter of acceptance, it 99% guarantee that you will get the scholarship These details will be announce at the embassy’s orientation.

12 Embassy Recommendation : Scholarship System
Initial Status : Research Student Length : 2 years Japanese Course : 6 months ในช่วงเวลาสองปี จะต้องสอบเข้ามหาวิทยาลัย เพื่อเปลี่ยนสถานะเป็นนักศึกษาปริญญาโท (หรือปริญญาเอก) ถ้าไม่สามารถสอบให้ผ่านได้ภายในสองปี จะสิ้นสุดทุน ในทำนองเดียวกัน เมื่อจบปริญญาโทแล้วต้องการต่อปริญญาเอก จะต้องสอบเข้าปริญญาเอกให้ได้ทันที ถ้าคณะหรืออาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาไม่ยินยอมให้ต่อปริญญาเอก จะสิ้นสุดทุน In 2 years of research student you have to pass entrance examination to enroll as regular student If you cannot do it in 2 years the scholarship ends. In the same way, after the graduation of Master, you have to pass the Doctor course’s entrance examination. Or else the scholarship ends.

รายละเอียดของทุนโดยรวมนั้น ค่อนข้างใกล้เคียงกับทุนที่สมัครผ่านสถานทูต แตกต่างกันเพียงการดำเนินการในการสมัคร และรายละเอียดปลีกย่อยเล็กน้อย มหาวิทยาลัยที่ท่านจบการศึกษาต้องมีสัญญา MOU กับมหาวิทยาลัยที่ท่านต้องการสมัครเท่านั้น ต้องติดต่อกับอาจารย์ในมหาวิทยาลัยนั้นๆ ก่อนที่จะยื่นเอกสาร ต้องผ่านการคัดเลือกรอบแรกจากมหาวิทยาลัยนั้นๆ ก่อนที่ทางมหาวิทยาลัยจะยื่นเอกสาร ขอทุนไปที่รัฐบาลญี่ปุ่น โดยส่วนมากจะมีการคัดเลือกสองรอบ รอบแรกจากเอกสารที่ส่งไป และรอบสองจากการสัมภาษณ์ อาจจะผ่านทางอีเมล ส่วนมาก จะไม่มีคอร์สเรียนภาษาญี่ปุ่นให้
