เป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ไฟฟ้าและอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ จำนวน 340 รายการ ผู้ผลิตและผู้นำเข้าไม่จำเป็นต้องได้รับการตรวจสอบจาก Authorized CABs แต่ต้องปฏิบัติตาม Technical Requirements for Electrical Appliances and Materials โดยเป็นการรับรองตนเองว่าเป็นไปตาม Technical Requirements กลุ่มที่ 8 สำนักบริหารมาตรฐาน 1

13 Category B products : Other Electrical Appliances and Materials
โดยแสดงเครื่องหมาย บนผลิตภัณฑ์ก่อนนำออกจำหน่าย (self declaration) กลุ่มที่ 8 สำนักบริหารมาตรฐาน 1
