Project Planning Project หมายถึง ขบวนงานหลายชนิดที่ต่อเนื่องกัน หรือคาบเกี่ยวกัน เพื่อบรรลุวัตถุประสงค์อย่างน้อยหนึ่งอย่าง โดยใช้ทรัพยากร (resource) ที่จำกัด เช่น เงินทุน, เวลา และ คนทำงาน Project Planning เป็นการ “เพิ่มโอกาสประสบความสำเร็จ” ให้กับ project ด้วยทรัพยากรที่มีอยู่

The Project Development Process
กำหนดความต้องการ (Requirements and Specifications) ออกแบบ (Design) พัฒนา หรือ ลงมือทำ (Development) ทดสอบ (Testing) เผยแพร่และจัดทำเอกสาร (Distribution and Documentation) Requirements and Specifications establish the components for building the system, including the hardware requirements, software tools, and other necessary components. Examples include decisions on hardware, such as plug-in boards (number of channels, acquisition speed, and so on), and decisions on external pieces of software, such as databases or libraries. Also establishes the expectations for software functionality and identifies which system requirements the software affects. Requirements analysis includes determining interaction needed with other applications, performance requirements, user interface requirements, and so on. Design determines the software framework of a system to meet the specified requirements. The design defines the system components and the interaction of those components. Developers also determine the external interfaces and tools to use in the project. Development implements the design specification in code. Development may be completed by a single developer; for team-based development, additional processes are needed to share code and ensure quality and consistency. This phase also includes the debugging of the code. Testing determines whether the software meets the specified requirements and finds any errors present in the code. Distribution addresses packaging and delivering the software to the end user.

สรุป การทำ Project ต้องมีแผนงานรองรับเสมอ แผนที่ดีต้องมี “ทางหนีทีไล่”
