วัตถุประสงค์ (1) พัฒนาบทเรียนเสริมทักษะการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษที่มีเนื้อหาบริบทท้องถิ่น ของอำเภอลำทะเมนชัย จังหวัดนครราชสีมา สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ตามเกณฑ์ประสิทธิภาพ 80 / 80 (2) เพื่อศึกษาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษของนักเรียนก่อนและหลังการใช้บทเรียนเสริมทักษะการอ่านที่มีเนื้อหาบริบทท้องถิ่น (3) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อการจัดการเรียน การสอนโดยใช้บทเรียนเสริมทักษะการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษที่มีเนื้อหาบริบทท้องถิ่น

ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่าง
กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 โรงเรียนชุมชนลำทะเมนชัยศึกษา สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษานครราชสีมา เขต 7 ซึ่งกำลังศึกษาในภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา จำนวน 30 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการเลือก แบบเจาะจง

เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย
เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ประกอบด้วย 1. บทเรียนเสริมทักษะการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษที่มีเนื้อหาบริบทท้องถิ่น จำนวน 8 เรื่อง 2. แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้เพื่อพัฒนาทักษะการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษโดยใช้บทเรียนเสริม ทักษะการอ่านที่มีเนื้อหาบริบทท้องถิ่นร่วมกับกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ตามแนวคิดทฤษฎ โครงสร้างความรู้และกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือเทคนิคจิ๊กซอว์ จำนวน 8 แผน 3. แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษ จำนวน 30 ข้อ 4. แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนต่อการเรียนโดยใช้บทเรียน เสริมทักษะการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษที่มีเนื้อหาบริบทท้องถิ่น จำนวน 20 ข้อ

วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ผลการวิจัย
สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที (t-test) ผลการวิจัย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ประสิทธิภาพของบทเรียนเสริมทักษะการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษที่มีเนื้อหาบริบทท้องถิ่นของอำเภอลำทะเมนชัย จังหวัดนครราชสีมา เท่ากับ / สูงกว่าเกณฑ์ 80/80 ที่ตั้งไว้

2. ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษของนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 หลังการใช้บทเรียนเสริมทักษะการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษที่มีเนื้อหาบริบทท้องถิ่น สูงกว่าคะแนนผลสัมฤทธิ์ทาง การอ่านภาษาอังกฤษก่อนการใช้บทเรียนเสริมทักษะการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษที่มีเนื้อหาบริบทท้องถิ่นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ ความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่มีต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้บทเรียนเสริมทักษะการอ่านภาษาอังกฤษที่มีเนื้อหาบริบทท้องถิ่นอยู่ในระดับมาก

Purposes The purposes of this research were :
1. To develop the English supplementary reading lesson based on local context for Prathom suksa six student in Lamthamenchai district Nakornratchasima province based on rated criteria of 80/80

2. To study English reading achievement before and after using the English supplementary reading lesson based on local context 3. To study the students’ satisfaction in learning by using the English supplementary reading lesson based on local context

Population and Sample The sample of this research were 30 Prathom suksa six students in the first semester of academic year 2009 at Chunchon Lamthamenchai suksa school,Nakornratsima Education service Area office 7 which were selected by purposive random sampling.

Instruments : The research instruments consist of 8 English supplementary reading lesson based on local context 8 lesson plans of English reading for using the supplementary reading lesson based on local context with schema theory

30 items of the English reading achievement test with reliability at 0
30 items of the English reading achievement test with reliability at items of students’ satisfaction questionnaire to ward learning by using the English supplementary reading lesson based on local context

Data analysis The statistics used for this research were analyzed by percentage mean, standard deviation and t-test.

Results The research finding were found as follows :
1. The efficiency of the English supplementary reading lesson based on local context was at 83.56/84.11 which was higher than the criteria expected.

2. The achievement in English reading after using developed lesson was significantly higher than the achievement before using the developed lessons a Overall rate of Students’ satisfaction, to wards learning by using the English supplementary reading lesson based on local context was found at high rate.

Recommendation Variables
The independent variable in this study was the English supplementary reading lesson based on local context. The dependent variables were learning achievement in English reading and students’ satisfaction.
