MIS: Pichai Takkabutr EAU 2005 7 I: MIS สำหรับโรงเรียน http://www.drkanchit.com/seminars/misforschool.html สำหรับข้อมูลที่โรงเรียนจะต้องใช้นั้น ผมเห็นว่ามีอยู่ด้วยกัน 9 กลุ่ม คือ กลุ่มที่ 1 ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับนักเรียน ได้แก่ ประวัติ ผลการเรียน สุขภาพ ความสามารถ ความเจ็บป่วย ปัญหาส่วนตัว ข้อมูลเหล่านี้จะกลายเป็นข้อมูล นักเรียนเก่าซึ่งทางโรงเรียนควรสนใจหารายละเอียดอื่น ๆ มาเก็บเช่น จบแล้วไป เรียนต่อด้านใด ประกอบอาชีพอะไร กลุ่มที่ 2 ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับผู้ปกครอง ได้แก่ ชื่อ ความสัมพันธ์กับนักเรียน อาชีพ ความสัมพันธ์กับโรงเรียน ข้อร้องเรียนเกี่ยวกับการเรียนหรือโรงเรียน กลุ่มที่ 3 อาจารย์และบุคลากร ได้แก่ ข้อมูลประวัติ ผลงาน ประวัติการสอน ผล การประเมิน ผลงานทางวิชาการ โครงการที่เกี่ยวข้อง กลุ่มที่ 4 การดำเนินการ ได้แก่ ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับโครงการต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวกับ โรงเรียน เช่น การสร้างอาคารใหม่ ข้อมูลบัญชีและการเงิน ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับ หลักสูตร การเรียนการสอน การดำเนินการอื่น ๆ กลุ่มที่ 5 ทรัพย์สิน ได้แก่ ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับ อาคารและสิ่งปลูกสร้าง ห้องเรียน อุปกรณ์การสอน อุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์ อุปกรณ์และเครื่องมือทดลองวิทยาศาสตร์ ฯลฯ ตัวอย่างผลิตภัณฑ์ MIS ของการศึกษา (ต่อ)
