Conclusions Ban Tha Yang Mud Crabs are decreasing but a population bank has been established ก่อตั้งขึ้นเนื่องจากปัญหาของปริมาณปูที่ลดลง ส่วนแนวทาง ในการแก้ไขปัญหาคือ การเลี้ยงปูและการจัดหาบ้านให้ปู Phad Dok Daeng Group : because to decline of resources an NGO has promoted conservation activities and eco-tourism in the areas กลุ่มฝาดดอกแดง จัดตั้งขึ้นเนื่องจากเล็งเห็นความเสื่อมโทรมของ ทรัพยากรป่าไม้ ดังนั้นภาระหน้าที่คือเพื่อดูแลรักษาพื้นที่และส่งเสริมการ ท่องเที่ยวในพื้นที่ Fisher Folk : ชมรมประมงพื้นที่ ภาระหน้าที่คือดูแลชายฝั่ง There are many projects such as “To Return Wild Orchid to the Forest”, Artificial Coral Reef and Check Dam etc. นอกจากนี้ใน หมู่บ้านยังมีอีกหลายโครงการที่กำลังดำเนินการ อาทิ โครงการคืน กล้วยไม้ สู่ป่า โครงการสร้างปะการังเทียม โครงการสร้างฝายชลอน้ำ เป็นต้น Problem identified lack of direction ขาดองค์ความรู้สำหรับดำเนินกิจกรรม lack of expert input ผู้เชี่ยวชาญสำหรับให้คำแนะนำ Insufficient funds งบประมาณที่มีจำกัดและไม่ต่อเนื่อง Poor cooperation and support from the government ขาดการ ประสานระหว่างหน่วยงานในพื้นที่สำหรับการให้ความช่วยเหลือ ความ ร่วมมือ รวมถึงการส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนการทำงานในพื้นที่
