โปรดตรวจสอบอุปกรณ์และอินเทอร์เน็ตให้พร้อม ดังนี้ ตรวจสอบการเชื่อมต่อของอินเทอร์เน็ตให้อยู่ในสถานะ Enable ตรวจสอบสายเชื่อมต่อของ Web Camera ว่าต่อเข้ากับเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์หรือไม่ กรณียังไม่ได้ติดตั้ง Driver ของ Web Camera ให้ทำการติดตั้ง Driver ก่อน ตรวจสอบสายเชื่อมต่อของหูฟังและไมโครโฟน ว่าเชื่อมต่อหรือไม่ ตรวจสอบสถานะของเสียง (Volume) ที่เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ หากอยู่ในสถานะ Mute ให้คลิกที่เครื่องหมาย หน้า Mute ออก
