ยุทธศาสตร์ที่ 1 พัฒนากำลังคนสู่ยุคดิจิทัล โปรแกรม 1 ส่งเสริมการสร้างบุคลากรและผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมดิจิทัล (Digital Manpower) โปรแกรม 1 ส่งเสริมการสร้างบุคลากรและผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมดิจิทัล (Digital Manpower) เป้าหมาย 500,000 Manpower 2 3 4 1 เสริมทักษะดิจิทัล ให้คนทำงาน สร้างเด็กและเยาวชน รุ่นใหม่ เป็น Coder เพิ่มขีดความสามารถบุคลากรดิจิทัล ตลาดแรงงาน ด้านดิจิทัลไทยสู่สากล เน้นพัฒนากำลังคนที่มีทักษะดิจิทัลเบื้องต้น มีความต้องการ และมีศักยภาพในการพัฒนาเป็นกำลังคนดิจิทัล (Digital Workforce) สนับสนุนการผลิตเนื้อหาการเรียนรู้ด้านทักษะดิจิทัล (รับรองมาตรฐาน) สนับสนุนกลุ่มเด็กและเยาวชน (Coder) เพื่อเตรียมพร้อมสู่การเป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมดิจิทัล ผ่านแพลตฟอร์มการเรียนรู้ด้วยตนเอง (ครูเป็น Change Agent) และกิจกรรม Code Camps ทั้งในและนอกโรงเรียนทั่วประเทศ เพิ่มศักยภาพมืออาชีพ เน้นกลุ่มผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมดิจิทัล สร้างแพลตฟอร์มการเรียนรู้ด้วยชุดความรู้ทักษะดิจิทัล สนับสนุนระบบรับรองขีดความสามารถบุคลากรดิจิทัล (certificate) อำนวยความสะดวกให้ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านดิจิทัล (เน้นสาขาที่จำเป็น ขาดแคลน หรือเป็นสาขาแห่งอนาคต) จากต่างประเทศเข้ามาทำงานในประเทศไทย รวมถึงดึงดูดผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านดิจิทัลที่ทำงานอิสระ (digital nomad) Executor: กษ. พณ. สธ. ศธ. ดศ. พม. สสว. อก. รง. กก. มาตรการส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนการพัฒนาศักยภาพกำลังคนด้านเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมดิจิทัล (Digital Manpower Fund) M1: Digital Manpower Fund M2: Digital Manpower for Executive การส่งเสริมการพัฒนาศักยภาพกำลังคนและบุคลากรด้านดิจิทัล การพัฒนาและผลิตบุคลากรคนด้านอุตสาหกรรมและนวัตกรรมดิจิทัลสำหรับผู้บริหาร นักเรียน นักศึกษา บุคคลธรรมดาซึ่งเป็นผู้ว่างงาน (Funded 100%) รวมถึงบุคคลธรรมดาที่มีสถานะเป็นพนักงานหรือลูกจ้างในหน่วยงานภาครัฐหรือภาคเอกชน (Funded 70%) บุคคลธรรมดาที่มีตำแหน่งผู้บริหารในหน่วยงานภาครัฐหรือภาคเอกชน ระยะเวลาสูงสุด ไม่เกิน 1 ปี ระยะเวลาสูงสุด ไม่เกิน 1 ปี เงินให้เปล่า (Granted) สูงสุด 100,000 บาท/ราย หมายเหตุ:แบ่งตามระดับทักษะ* เงินให้เปล่า (grant) สูงสุด 300,000 บาท/ราย

เทคโนโลยีที่มุ่งเน้น
มาตรการส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนการให้ทุนศึกษา ด้านเทคโนโลยีและนวัตกรรมดิจิทัล (Digital Scholarship Fund) หน่วยงานภาครัฐ สถาบันเฉพาะทางของรัฐ รัฐวิสาหกิจ องค์การเอกชน สถาบันการศึกษาของรัฐและเอกชน ช่วยเหลือ เทคโนโลยีที่มุ่งเน้น อุดหนุน นักเรียน นักศึกษา บุคคลธรรมดาที่ได้รับการรับรองจากหน่วยงานผู้ขอรับการช่วยเหลือ โปรแกรมเมอร์ (Programmer) เทคโนโลยีหุ่นยนต์ (Robotic) เมคคาทรอนิกส์ (Mechatronics) เงินให้เปล่า (grant) สูงสุด 1,000,000 บาท/ราย การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล (Data Analysis) เทคโนโลยีป้องกันด้านความปลอดภัย (Adaptive Security) ค่าใช้จ่ายในการอบรม 300,000 บาท ค่าตอบแทนหรือค่าจ้าง 700,000 บาท (หรือไม่เกินร้อยละ 60 ของค่าใช้จ่าย) ระยะเวลาไม่เกิน 3 ปี
