รูปแบบน้ำเสียงของคำถามนั้นอาจจะเป็นโทนเสียงสูงหรือเสียงต่ำ ถ้าเป็นโทนเสียงสูงก็จะเป็น real question นั่นคือผู้พูดไม่แน่ใจและต้องการข้อมูลเพิ่มเติม โดยคนอื่นๆจะพูดต่อไปตามมา.
