12/11/61 การเชื่อมโยงกันระหว่างธุรกิจทางอิเลคทรอนิคส์ SAP ผู้ผลิต Extended Enterprise Virtual Enterprise Ariba SAP Oracle CW Siebel Enhanced Enterprise ลูกค้า Marketing decided that the initial four categories of processing defined in the strategy document were too complicated and would be very difficult to build clear marketing messages around. I finally agreed that they were right, it sounded great but was a little too academic. We came up with the three catagories shown in this slide. 1. Enhanced Intranet - E-commerce integration within the firewall. This includes: Integrating E-Commerce Packaged applications to ERP applications CrossWorlds functioning as a data hub that Web applications (home grown or otherwise) can use to access back office systems. Enables end-to-end processing within an Intranet. 2. Virtual Enterprise - Integrates multiple companies or multiple plants within a single enterprise to function as a homogeneous entity. Virtual enterprises denote very tight, highly trusted partnerships and often reflect a high degree of specialization among the participates. One entity handles parts manufacturing for example, another assembly, another warehousing, another logistics. CrossWorlds Virtual Enterprise solutions are characterized by having Crossworlds systems installed at each site. 3. Extended Enterprise - Integrates more loosely coupled partners where processes are shared but characterized by a lesser degree of dependency. Here, integration requires a more heterogeneous solution. CrossWorlds will leverage open standards, such as EDI and XML to achieve this. Publishing external standards based interfaces will also facilitate this.
