Operation Inspection Transportation Storage การวิเคราะห์กระบวนการ คือการแจกแจงา แยกแยะกระบวนการออกมาเป็นรายละเอียดย่อย ทำให้เห็นจุดที่ต้องแก้ไข

3 จุดประสงค์ เก็บรวบรวมและบันทึกข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับ ขบวนการผลิตได้ สามารถวิเคราะห์ขบวนการผลิตจากงานที่ มอบหมาย สามารถเขียนแผนผังการไหลและแผนภูมิ ขบวนการผลิต

ใช้ในการปรับปรุงกระบวนการให้ดีขึ้น ลดขั้นตอนที่ล่าช้า หาจุดบกพร่อง มองเห็นภาพรวมทั้งหมด ใช้ข้อมูลในการวางแผนการผลิต

One of the most important tools of the methods engineer is the process chart. Process chart is defined as a graphic presentation of any manufacturing process.

7 A Process Chart แผนภูมิกระบวนการ
เป็นเครื่องมือที่ใช้บันทึกขบวนการผลิตหรือวิธีการ ทำงานให้เห็นได้ชัดเจนและเข้าใจได้ง่ายในแผนภูมิจะแสดง ถึงขั้นตอนการทำงาน ตั้งแต่เริ่มต้นจนเสร็จสิ้นขบวนการ กล่าวคือ ตั้งแต่เป็นวัตถุดิบจนประกอบเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ ที่ ต้องการ

1. Drawing the plant area ,showing the location of all activities on the flow process chart. 2. To sketch in the flow lines indicating the movement of the material one activity to the next. 3. Identify each activity the symbol and numbers corresponding to the flow process chart 4. The direction of flow is indicated by the arrow.
