Aerosol Spray / Metered Dose Inhaler
1. เปิด เปิดฝาป้องกันฝุ่นออก 2. เขย่า เขย่ากระบอกยา. หายใจออกทางปาก. ประกบริมฝีปากรอบปากกระบอกให้สนิท. 3. กดพร้อมสูด กดยาพร้อมกับหายใจเข้าทางปาก ช้าๆ ลึกๆ ทันทีเพื่อให้ยาเข้าทางลมหายใจ 4. กลั้น ลมหายใจไว้ 10 วินาที. 5. Breathe out gently. 6. รอซ้ำOnly administer 1 "puff" or dose on each breath. If you are due more than 1 dose wait 1 minute and repeat steps 2 to Replace the cap after use.

How to Use your Spacer ถอดฝาป้องกันฝุ่นออก เขย่า และสวมหลอดต่อเข้ากับ spacer หายใจออกทางปาก. ประกบริมฝีปากรอบปากกระบอกให้สนิท ทำตามขั้นตอนการพ่นสูดยา MDI 3. Clean your spacer - before using for the first time and if the spacer is visibly dirty, or the valve is sticking. Wash with detergent in warm water, do not rinse, and ensure it is completely dry (leave to drip dry) before using it again. (This is to reduce the amount of static found in the plastic container.) You can clean the mouthpiece with a tissue.

1. เปิด คลายเกลียวฝาครอบและเปิดออก 2. บิด จับขวดยาในแนวตั้ง โดยหมุนที่ฐานด้านล่าง โดยหมุนฐานขวดยาจนสุดแล้วหมุนกลับที่เดิมจนได้ยินเสียง click 3. หายใจออกทางปาก 4. สูด ประกบริมฝีปากรอบปากกระบอกให้สนิท สูดลมหายใจเข้าอย่างแรงและลึก 5. เอาขวด turbuhaler ออกจากปากก่อนหายใจออก ห้ามหายใจออกขณะที่อม turbuhaler อยู่ 6. ปิด ปิดฝาครอบให้สนิท 7. After taking the prescribed number of doses of Pulmicort rinse your mouth with water and spit it out (or you can brush your teeth).

1. เปิด ดึงฝาปิดขึ้นแล้วจึงเปิดปากกระบอก 2. แกะ หยอด แกะแคปซูลยาออกจากแผง หยอดใส่ช่องตรงกลาง 3. ปิด ปิดปากกระบอกคืนจนได้ยินเสียงคลิก โดยที่ฝายังเปิดไว้ 4. เจาะ จับแฮนด์ดิเฮลเลอร์ ให้ปากกระบอกตั้งขึ้นและกดปุ่มเจาะแคปซูลยา 5. Breathe out normally 6. สูด ยกแฮนด์ดิเฮลเลอร์ เข้าปากประกบริมฝีปากรอบกระบอก สูดหายใจเข้าช้าๆ ลึกๆ จะได้ยินเสียงแคปซูลสั่น สูดหายใจเข้าเต็มปอด แล้วกลั้นหายใจนับในใจประมาณ 10 วินาที พร้อมดึงแฮนด์ดิเฮลเลอร์ ออกแล้วหายใจตามปกติ ทำซ้ำได้ อีกครั้ง 7. เปิดปากกระบอกแล้วเคาะแคปซูลยาทิ้งไป ปิดปากกระบอกและฝาปิดเพื่อเก็บ
