ประสานงานกับระดับคณะและ AUN-QA Secretariat SAR ติดตามการเขียน SAR แต่งตั้งคณะกรรมการ review SAR ให้คำแนะนำ Site Visit จัดทำกำหนดการ เตรียมล่าม รับรองผู้ประเมิน เข้ารับการสัมภาษณ์ พาผู้ประเมินเยี่ยมชมกองพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษา ห้องสมุด หอพักนิสิต และ บรรยากาศภายในมหาวิทยาลัย

การดำเนินงานระดับคณะวิชา
ประสานงานระหว่างระดับหลักสูตรกับระดับมหาวิทยาลัย SAR ให้คำแนะนำ อำนวยการจัดประชุมในการจัดทำ SAR แปลหลักฐานเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ Site Visit เตรียมห้องรับรองผู้ประเมิน ห้องสัมภาษณ์ เข้ารับการสัมภาษณ์ พาผู้ประเมินเยี่ยมชมส่วนสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานของคณะ ห้องสมุดคณะ ห้อง คอมพิวเตอร์คณะ

การดำเนินงานระดับหลักสูตร
SAR ได้รับการแต่งตั้งคณะกรรมการจัดทำ SAR (อาจารย์สาขาวิชาวิศวกรรม คอมพิวเตอร์) จากมหาวิทยาลัย ประชุม เขียน SAR ของหลักสูตร แปลหลักฐานเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ Site Visit หัวหน้าภาคนำเสนอให้ผู้ประเมินรับทราบ เตรียมผู้รับการสัมภาษณ์ที่เป็นผู้ประกอบการ ศิษย์เก่า นิสิต อาจารย์ พาผู้ประเมินเยี่ยมชมห้องปฏิบัติการ ห้องเรียน พื้นที่กิจกรรมของภาควิชา

การดำเนินงานระดับหลักสูตร
กิจกรรม รายละเอียด Training อาจารย์ในทีม SAR Writing ไปอบรม 4 คน (2 ครั้ง ครั้งละ 2 คน) Meeting กำหนดแนวทางการเขียน SAR / หาวิธีการแก้ปัญหาและข้อสรุป / มอบหมายอาจารย์ในทีมเขียน SAR Internal Assessment ซ้อมประเมิน 1 ครั้ง โดยคณะกรรมการภายในมหาวิทยาลัย Communicate ประสานงานกับคณะและมหาวิทยาลัย ใช้ / dropbox / google drive / website จัดทำประชาสัมพันธ์ (จดหมายข่าว) ทำความเข้าใจกับผู้ประกอบการ นิสิตและศิษย์เก่า Role of President Office Harmonize all faculties and units together, make policy, address the development direction of university, human resources Provide student admission services, Monitor and steer the teaching and learning activities, provide general education courses.
