โครงสร้างชื่อโดเมนไล่จากขวามาซ้าย Label ด้านซ้ายเรียกว่า subdomain ของโดเมนด้านขวา เช่น ac คือ subdomain ของ th psru คือ subdomain ของ ac แต่ละ root domain มี subdomain ได้ 127 sub.
