3 1.Wireless สัญญาณวิทยุคือ การรับ-ส่งข้อมูล
โดยใช้คลื่นความถี่วิทยุในการส่งสัญญาณ ระหว่างตัวควบคุมและอุปกรณ์เซนเซอร์ โดยคลื่นความถี่ส่วนใหญ่ที่จำหน่ายในท้องตลาด และได้รับอนุญาตให้ใช้ได้ในประเทศไทยได้แก่ 315 MHz MHz. 433 MHz. และ 923 MHz. ข้อดี ข้อเสีย ต้นทุนต่ำ ระยะการใช้งานจำกัด ติดตั้งเองได้ ระบบรวนได้หากมีคลื่นรบกวน หาซื้อได้ทั่วไป ใช้ยี่ห้ออื่นร่วมด้วยไม่ได้ ไม่จำเป็นต้องเดินสาย

4 2.WirING ข้อดี ข้อเสีย เดินระยะได้ไกล ราคาสูง การรับส่งสัญญาณเสถียร ติดตั้งยาก ใช้ต่างยี่ห้อได้ ต้องมีความเชี่ยวชาญการติดตั้ง แบบเดินสาย คือ ใช้การรับส่งผ่านสายสัญญาณระหว่าง ตู้ควบคุมและเซนเซอร์ ทำงานแบบ NC. / NO.

ข้อดี ข้อเสีย เดินระยะได้ไกล ราคาสูง การรับส่งสัญญาณเสถียร ติดตั้งยาก ใช้ต่างยี่ห้อได้ ต้องมีความเชี่ยวชาญการติดตั้ง มีความยืดหยุ่นในการใช้งาน แบบผสม คือ ตู้ควบคุม สามารถใช้งานได้ทั้งแบบเดินสาย และแบบสัญญาณวิทยุได้ ภายในเครื่องเดียว

9 PANEL Panel หรือกล่องควบคุม คือหัวใจหลักในระบบกันขโมยทำหน้าที่รับสัญญาณ จากอุปกรณ์ตรวจจับสัญญาณหรือเซนเซอร์ แล้วนำมาประมวลผล เพื่อส่งต่อไปยังขั้นตอนอื่นๆต่อไป Panel 2 แบบ คือ แบบ Stand alone คือกล่องควบคุมที่มีทั้งคีย์แพด ไซเรน ตัวรับสัญญาณ ในตัว ฯลฯ ส่วนใหญ่จะเป็นแบบ Wireless แบบ control unit คือกล่องที่ต้องทำหน้าที่ประมวลผลอย่างเดียว ต้องต่ออุปกรณ์ต่อพ่วงอื่นๆ เพื่อให้สามารถใช้งานได้

10 KEYPAD Keypad คือ อุปกรณ์ป้อนคำสั่ง การใช้งาน ให้กับกล่องควบคุม
ใช้ในการคอนฟิกระบบ ป้อนค่าต่างๆ รวมถึงการ เปิด / ปิด ระบบ

11 SENSOR เซนเซอร์ คือ เป็นอุปกรณ์ชนิดหนึ่งที่มีหน้าที่ตรวจจับเหตุการณ์หรือการเปลี่ยนแปลงของสภาพแวดล้อมของตัวมันเอง แล้วส่งสัญญาณ ไปยังกล่องควบคุม เช่น Magnetic , PIR , Beam sensor , Smoke Detector ฯลฯ

12 SIREN ใช้สำหรับเวลามีเหตุแจ้งเตือน
มีทั้งแบบเสียงอย่างเดียว หรือแบบเสียงและแสง
