: อาศัยตำแหน่งของ Internal jugular vein ตามแนว internal jugular vein รับน้ำเหลืองจากศีรษะและช่องปาก พบมีต่อมน้ำเหลืองจำนวนมาก แต่ที่ใหญ่และสำคัญ มี 2 อัน ได้แก่ Jugulo-omohyoid LN Jugulo-digastric LN
