3 Background A lots of young Transgender and MSM move in Pattaya because of work. (Cabaret Show, boy show, Sex work, business sector others) They are make a lots of money for Pattaya buy they are not a “Citizen” of Pattaya. High mobilization of populations both move in and move out (foreigner “ Contract” to work in Singapore, Malaysia etc. Sexual behavior and cultural norm become risk (STIs and HIV transmission) High infected STIs and HIV among MSM and transgender. They don’t have rights to treatment. The factors of Drugs use.

4 Goal เป้าหมายของโครงการ
Decrease death and sickness resulted by HIV/AIDS among TG living with HIV (ลดอัตราการเสียชีวิต การเจ็บป่วยอันเกี่ยวเนื่องกับ HIV และ AIDS ในกลุ่มสาวประเภทสองที่อยู่ร่วมกับเชื้อเอชไอวี) Improve quality of life for TG living with HIV (การเพิ่มคุณภาพชีวิตของ สาวประเภทสองที่อยู่ร่วมกับเชื้อเอชไอวี)

5 Long term outcome Increase number of TGs+ having access to treatment
(เพิ่มจำนวน TGs+ ให้เข้าสู่บริการยาต้านไวรัส และ lab test, OI, STI treatment) Improve in TGs’ self-care behavior (TGs+ มีการปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมเรื่องดูแลสุขภาพของตัวเองและมีคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีขึ้น) Increase in consistent condom and lubricant use (TGs+ มีการใช้ถุงยางอนามัยและสารหล่อลื่นทุกครั้งที่มีเพศสัมพันธ์อย่างสม่ำเสมอ) Decrease in stigma and discrimination (ลดการตีตราและการถูกเลือกปฏิบัติในกลุ่ม TGs+)

6 Short term outcome Improve in staff and volunteers’ screening skill
(เจ้าหน้าที่และอาสาสมัครมีทักษะในการคัดกรองเพื่อการส่งต่อ TGs+ เข้ารับการรักษา) Improve positive TGs’ understanding and acceptance of HIV status and decrease in self-stigma (TGs+มีความเข้าใจและการยอมรับในสถานะถาพของตนเอง และลดการตีตราในตนเอง) Increase ability to cope with HIV status (เพิ่มความสามารถในการรับมือกับการอยู่ร่วมกับเชื้อ) Improve positive TGs’ understanding in self-care (TGs+ มีความรู้และความเข้าใจในการดูแลสุขภาพของตัวเองมากขึ้น) 60% of new positive TGs reached referred to needed services within 90 days after receiving blood test result (60% ของ TGs ติดเชื้อรายใหม่ถูกส่งต่อเพื่อรับบริการภายใน 90 วันหลังจากรู้ผล (จากจำนวน TGs ที่ถูกเข้าถึง) Improve attitude of health service providers towards TGs (ผู้ให้บริการด้านสุขภาพมีความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับ TGs ติดเชื้อและมีทัศนคติที่ดีขึ้นต่อ TGs)

13 ช่องว่าง อุปสรรคและ แนวทางการแก้ปัญหา
ในบริบทเมืองที่มีความหลากหลายของประชากร ควรต้องมียุทธศาสตร์ที่จำเพาะ นโยบายส่งเสริมให้คนตรวจเลือด เป้าหมายไม่ใช่แค่รู้ผล และเข้ารักษารับการรักษา อย่าคิดว่า การให้คำปรึกษาจะช่วยให้คนเข้าสู่ระบบสุขภาพได้ทุกคน ความพร้อมในการเข้าสู่ระบบบริการด้านสุขภาพและการรักษา (อายุ, ความพร้อม, วุฒิภาวะ, อารมณ์ความรู้สึก, ความคาดหวัง, การจัดการเรื่องสุขภาพตัวเอง, การวางแผนชีวิต ฯลฯ) การตีตรา ลดการรังเกียจ กลัวต่อเอชไอวีเอดส์ เป็นเรื่องที่ต้องให้ความสำคัญ การทำงานเรื่องสุขภาพ จะเอาชนะโรคได้ ต้องมองในมิติด้านอื่นๆ ด้วย เช่น เศรษฐกิจ สังคม วัฒนธรรม ความสัมพันธ์ กฎหมาย ฯลฯ การสร้างความเป็นหุ้นส่วน หรือเป็นเจ้าของในปัญหาร่วมกันของเพื่อนร่วมทาง (เป้าหมายเรา เป้าหมายร่วม ทำงานร่วมกันด้วยความรัก ความปรารถนาดีต่อกัน เห็น/เข้าใจกันและไว้วางใจกัน)
