รูปแบบประโยคของ Present Simple Tense
ประโยคบอกเล่า (Affirmative sentence) We get up at six o’clock. PCCCR

ประโยคคำถาม (Interrogative sentence)
Do you get up at six o’clock? Does you know? ประโยคปฏิเสธ (Negative) We don’t get up at six o’clock. She doesn’t know. PCCCR

ประธานบุรุษที่ 3 เอกพจน์มีกฎการเปลี่ยนรูปกริยาดังนี้
เติม – es หลังกิริยาลงท้ายเอกพจน์ด้วย sh, ch s, o, ss, x เช่น He catches a taxi. (catch) She watches TV. (watch) The man washes a car every week. (wash) The earth goes around the sun. (go) PCCCR

เติม –s กับกริยาทั่วไป เช่น She comes here now. He works hard
เติม –s กับกริยาทั่วไป เช่น She comes here now. He works hard. *กริยาที่ลงท้ายด้วย y เปลี่ยน y เป็น I แล้วเติม -es เช่น He studies English. She cries. **ข้อยกเว้น ถ้ากริยานั้นหน้า y เป็นสระ ให้เติม s ได้เลย เช่น play - plays = เล่น stay - stays = พัก PCCCR

หลักการใช้ Present Simple Tense
ใช้เมื่อกล่าวถึงสิ่งที่กระทำบ่อยๆ มีกริยาวิเศษณ์ บอกความถี่ (Adverb of frequency) อยู่ด้วย always, usually ,often, sometimes, every, every day, Once day, twice a day ,twice a week เป็นต้น เช่น I get up at six o’clock every morning. Sona drink beer very often. How often do you go to the hospital? PCCCR

ใช้เมื่อกล่าวถึงการกระทำเป็นปกตินิสัย ( a habitual action ) เช่น I see him often Nurses usually take care of patients in hospitals. Sons and daughters look after their old parents. PCCCR

รูปแบบประโยคของ Past Simple Tense
รูปแบบประโยคบอกเล่า ( Affirmative sentence ) He worked in Bangkok last year. *ข้อสังเกต จะมีคำว่า last, ago etc ที่บ่งบอกถึงความเป็นอดีต PCCCR

ประโยคคำถาม ( Interrogative sentence ) Did you go to Japan 3 year ago?
ประโยคปฏิเสธ ( Negative sentence ) He didn’t work in Bangkok last year. . PCCCR

หลักการเปลี่ยนกริยา ช่อง 1 ให้เป็นช่อง 2
กริยาเปลี่ยนรูป เมื่อเปลี่ยนให้เป็นอดีต จะเปลี่ยนรูปไปเลย หรือไม่เปลี่ยนรูปเช่น write wrote drive drove read read cut cut PCCCR

กริยาที่เติม –ed หลักการเติม ed
1. กริยาลงท้ายด้วย e ให้เติม d ได้เลย เช่น live >> loved 2. กริยาลงท้ายด้วย y หน้า y เป็นสระให้เติม ed ได้เลย เช่น played , stayed 3. กริยาลงท้ายด้วย y หน้า y เป็นพยัญชนะให้เปลี่ยน เป็น i แล้วเติม ed เช่น studied , cried PCCCR

4. กริยามีพยางค์เดียวตัวสะกดตัวเดียว เสียงสั้น ให้เพิ่มพยัญขนะตัวสะกดอีกตัวแล้วเติม ed เช่น stop >>> stopped dig >>> digged 5. กริยาทั่วไปเติม ed ได้เลย เช่น open >>> opened PCCCR

หลักการใช้ Past Simple Tense
ใช้กับเหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นในอดีตและสิ้นสุดลงแล้ว เช่น She broke her leg last week. ใช้กับเหตุการณ์ในอดีตที่จบสมบูรณ์แล้ว เช่น He looked here and there and tried to escape. PCCCR

ใช้กับเหตุการณ์กระทำเป็นนิสัยในอดีต เช่น
ใช้กับเหตุการณ์เมื่อกล่าวคำพูดแบบสุภาพ เช่น Could you please do this for me? ใช้กับเหตุการณ์กระทำเป็นนิสัยในอดีต เช่น I became a monk when I was a young. PCCCR

Future Simple Tense อดีตกาลธรรมดา หรือ การกระทำ , พฤติกรรมนั้นจะเกิดขึ้นในอนาคต รูปแบบของ Future Simple tense Subject + will/shall +infinitive (v1) PCCCR

หลักการใช้ Future Simple Tense
ใช้กับเหตุการณ์หรือการกระทำที่อาจจะเกิดขึ้นในอนาคต ซึ่งจะมี adverb เหล่านี้เสมอ tomorrow tonight next week next year shortly in a few days PCCCR
