Perfect continuous STRUCTUER : have + been + -ing (present participle) Meaning : รูปประโยค perfect continuous ใช่กล่าวถึง เหตุการณ์หนึ่งซึ่งเกิดขึ้นตั้งแต่อดีต และดำเนิน ต่อมาจนถึงเวลาหนึ่ง โดยเน้นว่ากำลังเกิด ขึ้นอยู่ ถ้าประโยคมี 2 เหตุการณ์ เราจะใช้รูปกาลนี้กับ เหตุการณ์แรก

Present perfect continuous tenses รูปกริยาที่ใช้กับ ประโยค Present perfect continuous tense Subject +(have, has) + been + present participle ACTIVE VOICE : I have been doing my homework for ten hours. PASSIVE VOICE : My homework has been being done by me for ten hours.

Present perfect continuous tenses Right now I am sitting at my desk (a)I have been sitting here since seven o’clock. (b)I have been sitting here for two hours. (c)You have been studying for five straight hours. Why don’t you take a break? (d) It has been raining all day. It is still raining right now. กล่าวถึงช่วงเวลาของ เหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นใน อดีต และดำเนินมาถึง ปัจจุบัน เราจึงใช้คำบอก เวลา เช่น for, since, all morning, all day, all week. (e)I have been thinking about changing my major. (f)All of the students have been studying hard. Final exams start next week. (g)My back hurts, so I have been sleeping on the floor lately. The bed is too soft. กล่าวถึงเหตุการณ์ที่เพิ่ง จะเกิดขึ้นเมื่อเร็วๆ นี้ (recently, lately) (h) I have lived here since 1985. I have been living here since 1985. (i)He has worked at the same store for ten years. He has been working at the same store for ten years. เมื่อใช้ since หรือ for กับ ทั้งสองรูปกาล ทำให้ ความหมายไม่แตกต่าง กัน ( เร็วๆ นี้ )

Present perfect continuous tenses I have been studying for two hours. เหตุการณ์กำลังดำเนินอยู่ : กำเรียนเมื่อไหร่ ? → เริ่มขึ้นก่อนหน้านี้จนถึงปัจจุบัน นานเท่าไหร่ ? → นาน 2 ชั่วโมง I am bored because I have been waiting for you for two hours. ฉันเบื่อเพราะว่าฉันคอย คุณมาเวลา 2 ชั่วโมงแล้ว

Past perfect continuous tenses รูปกริยาที่ใช้กับประโยค Past perfect continuous tense Subject + had + been + present participle ACTIVE VOICE : I had been preparing dinner for thirty minutes before you arrived home. ฉันได้เตรียมอาหารเย็นมาเป็น เวลา 30 นาทีแล้ว ก่อนที่คุณมาถึงบ้าน PASSIVE VOICE : Dinner had been being prepared for thirty minutes before you arrived home.

(c)He finally came at six o’clock. I had been waiting for him since four-thirty. รูปกาลแบบ past perfect continuous จะเน้นที่ ระยะเวลา ที่เหตุการณ์ กำลังดำเนินไปจนเสร็จ สิ้น ก่อนหน้านี้ที่อีก เหตุการณ์หนึ่งจะเกิดขึ้น ในอดีต (d)When Judy got home, her hair was still wet because she had been swimming. (e)Her eyes were red because she had been crying. กล่าวถึงเหตุการณ์หนึ่งซึ่ง ดำเนินไปและจบลงไปได้ ไม่นาน ก่อนอีกเหตุการณ์ จะเกิดขึ้นในอดีต

Past perfect continous tenses I had been studying for two hours before my friend came. เหตุการณ์กำลังดำเนินอยู่ : กำเรียนเมื่อไหร่ ? → เริ่มขึ้นก่อนหน้าเหตุการณ์หนึ่งในอดีต นานเท่าไหร่ ? → นาน 2 ชั่วโมง Yesterday I was so tired because I had been walking for two hours. เมื่อวานนี้ฉันเหนื่อย มากเพราะฉันเดินเป็นเวลา 2 ชั่วโมง แล้ว

Future perfect continuous tenses รูปกริยาที่ใช้กับประโยค Future perfect continuous tense Subject + will + have + been + present participle หรือ Subject + (is, am, are) + going to have been + present participle ACTIVE VOICE : I will have been painting this house for one week by the time it is finished. ฉันจะได้ทาสีบ้าน หลังนี้เป็น เวลานาน 1 สัปดาห์ เมื่อถึงตอนที่เสร็จ PASSIVE VOICE : The house will have been being painted for one week by the time it is finished.

(a)I will go to bed at ten P.M. He will get home at midnight. At midnight I will be sleeping. I will have been sleeping for two hours by the time he gets home. รูปกาลแบบ future perfect continuous จะเน้นช่วงเวลา ซึ่งเหตุการณ์ดำเนินไปจน เสร็จสมบูรณ์ ก่อนหน้าที่อีก เหตุการณ์หนึ่งจะเกิดขึ้นใน อนาคต (b)When Professor Jones retires next month, he will have taught for 45 years. (c)When Professor Jones retires next month, he will have been teaching for 45 years. บางครั้ง future perfect และ future perfect continuous จะมีความหมายเดียวกัน ดัง ข้อ (b) และ (c) แล้วสังเกต ด้วยว่าเหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้น ทั้งสองรูปกาล เป็น เหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นในอดีต Future perfect continuous tenses

Future perfect continous tenses I will have been studying for two hours by the time you arrive. เหตุการณ์กำลังดำเนินอยู่ : กำเรียนเมื่อไหร่ ? → ก่อนหน้าเหตุการณ์หนึ่งในอนาคต นานเท่าไหร่ ? → นาน 2 ชั่วโมง I will have been waiting in the airport for two hours by the time you arrive. เมื่อตอนที่คุณมาถึง ฉันได้คอยในสนามบินเป็นเวลานาน 2 ชั่วโมงแล้ว I am going to have been waiting in the airport for two hours by the time you arrive. เมื่อตอนที่คุณมาถึง ฉันได้คอยในสนามบินเป็นเวลานาน 2 ชั่วโมงแล้ว

Conclusion Present perfect continuous tenses กล่าวถึงช่วงเวลาของเหตุการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นในอดีต และ ดำเนินมาถึงปัจจุบัน Past perfect continuous tenses จะเน้นที่ระยะเวลาที่เหตุการณ์กำลังดำเนินไปจนเสร็จ สิ้น ก่อนหน้าที่อีกเหตุการณ์หนึ่งจะเกิดขึ้นในอดีต Future perfect continuous tenses จะเน้นช่วงเวลาซึ่งเหตุการณ์ดำเนินไปจนเสร็จสมบูรณ์ ก่อนหน้าที่อีกเหตุการณ์หนึ่งจะเกิดขึ้นในอนาคต
