5 Project Objectives เพื่อพัฒนาประสิทธิภาพในการนำเข้าข้อมูลผ่านอุปกรณ์สื่อสารแบบ Real Time เพื่อต่อยอดจากข้อมูลเดิม เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงาน ในการนำเข้าและปรับปรุงข้อมูล ให้กับผู้ปฏิบัติงานทั้งในส่วนกลางและภูมิภาค เพื่อพัฒนาระบบเชื่อมโยงและระบบแสดงผลในรูปแบบภาพแผนที่ แผนภูมิภาพ ตารางข้อมูล และรายงาน เพื่อพัฒนาระบบสำหรับสนับสนุนการบริหารงานของผู้บริหารโดยใช้ระบบสารสนเทศเชิงพื้นที่เป็นแนวทางดำเนินการ เพื่อนำเข้าข้อมูลสารสนเทศของกรมชลประทานและข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อพัฒนาการบรูณาการเชื่อมโยงกันเป็นระบบเดียวกันอย่างเหมาะสม

แสดงข้อมูล GIS Overlay บนระบบแผนที่ตามประเภทช้อมูลที่ถูกเลือก สามารถเปลิ่ยน Map Source ได้ GIS Layer แสดงรายชื่อชั้นข้อมูลตามสิทธิ์ โครงสร้างที่กำหนด และ จัดกลุ่มตามประเภทข้อมูล Definitions สัญสักษณ์สีเพื่อบอกความหมายของสี
