May 2009 5 สาระสำคัญ Agreement on the application of ASEAN Conformity Mark กรอบข้อตกลงของประเทศสมาชิก ลงนามในนามของรัฐบาลประเทศสมาชิก มีภาระผูกพัน ให้ ASEAN Mark เป็นเครื่องหมายรับรอง ในภูมิภาค ASEAN ซึ่งแสดงการเป็นไป ตามกฎ ระเบียบที่ปรับเข้าหากันในแต่ละ สาขา

May 2009 6 สาระสำคัญ Agreement on the application of ASEAN Conformity Mark เป็นเจ้าของเครื่องหมายร่วมกัน โดย ACCSQ เป็นเจ้าภาพ หน่วยงานที่เป็นผู้แทนประเทศสมาชิก ACCSQ รับผิดชอบต่อการนำ เครื่องหมายไปใช้ในประเทศของตนเอง RB ยังคงสิทธิในการดำเนินการใด ๆ หาก พบว่าผลิตภัณฑ์ที่แสดงเครื่องหมายก่อให้เกิด ความเสียหายต่อคน สิ่งแวดล้อม ฯลฯ หากมีข้อโต้แย้ง / พิพาท ให้หารือร่วมกัน ระหว่างคู่พิพาท ACCSQ และ JSCs ที่ เกี่ยวข้อง
