โรงงานผลิตของบริษัทฯ เป็นกระบวนการผลิตแบบครบวงจร โดยพึ่งพาวัตถุดิบ และ สาธารณูปโภค ซึ่งจัดหาได้ภายในประเทศทั้งหมด อาทิ เอธิลีน จาก บริษัท ปตท.เคมิคอล จำกัด (มหาชน) เกลือ จาก บริษัท เกลือพิมาย จำกัด และ กระแสไฟฟ้า จาก บริษัท โกลว์ พลังงาน จำกัด (มหาชน) เพื่อความมั่นคงในด้านการจัดหาวัตถุดิบ บริษัทฯ ได้ถือหุ้นบางส่วนในบริษัท เกลือพิมาย จำกัด ได้รับการรับรองมาตรฐาน ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS จาก BVQI และ ISO/IEC 17025 จาก สมอ. ได้รับการรับรองให้ใช้เครื่องหมายรับรองฮาลาล สำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์คลอร์อัลคาไล และได้รับการขึ้นทะเบียนตำรับอาหาร ประเภทวัตถุเจือปน สำหรับผลิตภัณฑ์โซดาไฟเหลว จากสำนักงานคณะกรรมการองค์การอาหารและยา กระทรวงสาธารณสุข

Organizes the periodical meeting to transporters. Organizes Safety awareness & refreshment training for drivers / transporters Manages Tank car inspection Audits to Transporters and Re/Evaluation on yearly basis Organizes an Exercise emergency control plan Support customers for safely unloading such as technical assistance, standard quick coupling information

11 Responsibilities of Transporters
Commits to transportation services with reference to Thai Law, VNT rules and regulation. Organizes Safety awareness & refreshment training such Defensive driving for drivers, as well as Training Records Manages Yearly physical examination & Reports Organizes Truck/Road tanker preventive maintenance & Records Organizes & Does tanker inspection & records, reports to VNT Reports immediately to Vinythai for any discovered incident/accident and timely do an investigation report Drills an Exercise emergency control upon pre-plan
