14 MEXT : Scholarship System
Initial Status : Research Student Length : 2 years Japanese Course : 6 months ในช่วงเวลาสองปี จะต้องสอบเข้ามหาวิทยาลัย เพื่อเปลี่ยนสถานะเป็นนักศึกษาปริญญาโท (หรือปริญญาเอก) ถ้าไม่สามารถสอบให้ผ่านได้ภายในสองปี จะสิ้นสุดทุน ในทำนองเดียวกัน เมื่อจบปริญญาโทแล้วต้องการต่อปริญญาเอก จะต้องสอบเข้าปริญญาเอกให้ได้ทันที ถ้าคณะหรืออาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาไม่ยินยอมให้ต่อปริญญาเอก จะสิ้นสุดทุน In 2 years of research student you have to pass entrance examination to enroll as regular student If you cannot do it in 2 years the scholarship ends. In the same way, after the graduation of Master, you have to pass the Doctor course’s entrance examination. Or else the scholarship ends.

Panasonic : Benefits จำนวนทุน : 3 ทุนต่อปี ปีที่ 1 : สถานภาพ Research Student ค่าใช้จ่ายรายเดือน 150,000 เยน เงินช่วยเหลือ 200,000 เยน (ครั้งเดียว) ค่าธรรมเนียมการศึกษาช่วยไม่เกิน 500,000 เยนต่อปี ปีที่ 2-3 : สถานภาพ Graduate Student ค่าใช้จ่ายรายเดือน 180,000 เยน เงินช่วยเหลือค่าสอบเข้า 200,000 เยน (ครั้งเดียว) ในทำนองเดียวกับทุน MEXT ถ้าสอบเข้าไม่ได้ในปีแรกจะสิ้นสุดทุน

มีสัญชาติไทย ผู้สมัครจะต้องสำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีหลักสูตรสี่ปีมาแล้วไม่เกิน 4 ปี หรือกำลังจะสำเร็จการศึกษาภายในเดือนกรกฎาคม 2552 สาขาวิชาที่สำเร็จการศึกษา - วิทยาศาสตร์ - วิศวกรรมศาสตร์ - เทคโนโลยีชีวภาพ - เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ผู้สมัครต้องมีผลการศึกษาคะแนนสะสมเฉลี่ย (GPA) ตลอดระยะเวลาของการศึกษา ไม่น้อยกว่า 3.00 มีความสามารถในการใช้ภาษาญี่ปุ่น : หลังผ่านการคัดเลือกแล้วผู้สมัคร จะต้องศึกษาภาษาญี่ปุ่นจนกระทั่งมีความรู้ และสามารถพูด อ่านเขียนภาษาญี่ปุ่นในระดับมาตรฐานเดียวกัน ต้องสอบผ่านระดับ 3 ของ Japanese Language Proficiency Test ภายใน ธันวาคม 2551

AYF : Benefits ได้เรียนภาษาญี่ปุ่นที่โอซาก้าเป็นเวลา 7 เดือน ทุนที่ได้รับเหมือนกับทุน MEXT ทุกอย่าง ภายหลังจากสิ้นสุดช่วงเวลาเรียนภาษา จะเปลี่ยนสถานะเป็นนักเรียนทุน MEXT และไปเรียนต่อที่ญี่ปุ่นได้ทันที เรียกได้ว่าเป็นทุนเรียนภาษา + ทุน MEXT รวมในทุนเดียวกัน

เป็นการติดต่อระหว่างอาจารย์ไทย ที่รู้จักหรือจบมาจากญี่ปุ่น กับอาจารย์ที่ญี่ปุ่น ถ้าอาจารย์ญี่ปุ่นตอบรับที่จะให้เข้าเรียนต่อที่แลป มักจะได้รับทุนรัฐบาลญี่ปุ่นเสมอๆ ที่มาของนักเรียนไทยที่ได้ทุนเกินครึ่งที่ Osaka U. มาจากทุน Recommendation ไม่มีข้อจำกัดด้านเกรดเฉลี่ย ขอให้อยากวิจัยก็มีโอกาส
