7 การให้คะแนนเพิ่ม และ ติดลบ  อาจจะให้เพิ่มได้ แต่ไม่ เกินคะแนนเต็ม  ติดลบกรณีที่ผิดร้ายแรง

8 การให้คะแนน แบบที่ ๒  กำหนด MLC ของแต่ละคำถามไว้ล่วงหน้าเช่น ต้องตอบได้ ๒ / ๔ข้อโดยให้คะแนนในแต่ละ คำถามเป็น ๐ = not satisfactory ๑ = satisfactory คำถามที่ ๑ จงวางแผนการรักษา ๑.๑. ๒.๒. ๓.๓. ๔.๔.
