After such period, TOT reserves the rights to change the promotion contract without prior notice.) ค่าใช้บริการโทรศัพท์ทางไกลระหว่างประเทศสามารถนำมาหักออกจากสิทธิการโทร โดยกำหนดอัตราขั้นต่ำ 1 นาที ส่วนเกินคิดตามจริงเป็นวินาที (International call service fee will be deducted from the minimum charge. The minimum charges deem to expose with 1 minute. TOT reserves the rights to change any service rate without prior notice.) รายการส่งเสริมการขายนี้ไม่สามารถใช้ได้กับรายการส่งเสริมการขายอื่นที่เป็นค่าใช้บริการของ ทีโอที ได้ (This promotion can not be applied with other TOT promotions.) รายการส่งเสริมการขายนี้ไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือเปลี่ยนเป็นสินค้า/บริการอื่นหรือแลกเป็นเงินสดได้และไม่สามารถโอนสิทธิให้ผู้อื่นได้ (This promotion can not be altered or changed into other products or services as well as transferred its rights to other third parties.) ทีโอที มีสิทธิบอกเลิกหรือระงับการให้บริการทันทีเมื่อปรากฏว่าผู้ขอใช้บริการไม่ปฏิบัติตามข้อหนึ่งข้อใดของข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขการใช้บริการนี้ และผู้ขอใช้บริการยังคงผูกพันที่จะต้องชำระค่าบริการที่ค้างอยู่จนครบถ้วน (TOT shall have the right to forthwith suspend or terminate this service if the user has failed to perform obligation under this contract. Provided that the user shall have obligation to pay all outstanding charges to TOT.) ผู้ขอใช้บริการต้องปฏิบัติตามข้อบังคับ ระเบียบ คำสั่ง ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการใช้บริการ TOT netcall ที่กำหนดขึ้นโดย ทีโอที ทั้งที่มีอยู่ในปัจจุบันและที่จะมีขึ้นในอนาคต (The user agrees to perform it obligation in compliance with all applicable rules, regulations, or orders imposed by TOT related to TOT netcall service.) คำแปลภาษาอังกฤษมีไว้เพื่อความสะดวกเท่านั้น ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขของสัญญาที่เป็นภาษาไทยจะใช้บังคับในทุกกรณีและการตีความสัญญานี้ต้องยึดถือภาษาไทยเป็นหลัก (The English translation of which is for convenience only.
