หน่วยงานกาชาดต่าง ๆ 3 หน่วยงาน การประชุมทางการทูต Let's look at the organizations using the RC logo. There are 3 main organizations which are entitled to use the RC logo. On the top corner, you see the ICRC as the founder of the RC family in 1863. At the same time, the National RC Societies were created. The National RC Society is the ICRC term referring to to RC organizations of each country like TRC, ARC, etc. The ICRC has been given responsibility by the Int'l Community to assist victims of conflict, meanwhile National RC Societies take care victims of natural disasters. in 1919, WW I, the IFRC was formed. The main responsibility of IFRC is to coordinate amonst the National RC Societies. Here comes the forth wing, "States Parites" who have ratified GCs or other conventions relating to IHL. They don't use the RC emblem but they somehow invovle in the movement. How? The States Parties take part in the international meeting which is convened every 4 year by the 3 components. The international conference is the platform where all the concerns discuss developments and other issues of the movement. รัฐภาคี
