13 หน่วยงานที่เชิญ จะต้องออกค่าใช้จ่าย – ค่าที่พักระหว่างพำนักในประเทศไทย ค่าอาหาร และการเดินทางในประเทศ ฟุลไบรท์ทางสหรัฐ จะออกค่าใช้จ่ายเดินทางระหว่างประเทศ และค่าสมนาคุณวันละ 200 ดอลล่าร์สหรัฐ Fulbright Visiting Scholar Program 4-6 เดือน นักวิชาการอเมริกันสามารถสมัครมาทำงานกับสถาบันอุดมศึกษาในประเทศไทยได้ ทุกสาขาวิชา สถาบันฯต้องติดต่อและสรรหานักวิชาการเอง และให้สมัครโดยตรงที่ Council for International Exchange of Scholars (CIES)

ในกรณีที่มีนักวิชาการฟุลไบรท์ประจำอยู่ที่สถาบันอุดมศึกษาในประเทศไทยขณะนั้น ท่านสามารถเชิญนักวิชาการท่านนั้นมาเป็นวิทยากรรับเชิญ เพื่อบรรยาย หรือให้คำปรึกษาในหัวข้อที่เชี่ยวชาญที่คณะของท่านในระยะเวลาสั้นๆได้ หากนักวิชาการท่านนั้นว่างจากจากหน้าที่ประจำและยินดีรับเชิญไปบรรยาย โดยหน่วยงานของท่านต้องรับผิดชอบค่าเดินทาง และค่าใช้จ่ายทีเกี่ยวข้อง Regional Travel Program หากท่านมีความประสงค์ที่จะเชิญนักวิชาการฟุลไบรท์ เพื่อทำกิจกรรมพิเศษช่วงสั้นๆ มูลนิธิฯ จะช่วยหาและประสานงานนักวิชาการได้ ทั้งในประเทศไทยและในภูมิภาคเอเชียและแปซิฟิค โดยมูลนิธิฯ จะรับผิดชอบค่าเดินทางระหว่างประเทศ และสถาบันฯเจ้าภาพรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายในประเทศ

22 Eligibility for Applicants
Thai citizen in good health 28-58 years of age Have at least B (3.00) of undergraduate or good academic record of graduate level, if possessing a degree from the U.S., should have returned to Thailand for at least 7 years after the receipt of the degree Be in Thailand at the time of interview Have an outstanding record of professional accomplishments and leadership qualities Have a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional experience in public service, in public or private sector organizations and agencies (an applicant should be in policy rather than research and technically oriented)

23 University teachers with no management or policy responsibilities are technically ineligible, except for teachers of English as a Foreign Languages and teachers in the field of Drug Abuse Prevention and Treatment TOEFL score at least 525 paper-based (195 CBT, 71 iBT) Application: March - June

Aim to develop the capabilities of Thai university staff members to gain 6 months of research experience in the U.S. as part of their doctoral dissertation requirements 2 grants under Fulbright – round-trip international airfare, monthly stipend, books and supplies allowance, and excess baggage allowance 5 grants under Thailand Research Fund (TRF) – full financial support Application : June – Mid September

Award Program ทุนศึกษาต่อระดับปริญญาเอก สาขาวิทยาศาตร์ เทคโนโลยีและวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ (3 ปี) ถือสัญชาติไทย และอยู่ในประเทศไทยเวลาสัมภาษณ์ สำเร็จการศึกษาด้านวิทยาศาสตร์ เทคโนโลยี และวิศวกรรมศาตร์ คะแนนเฉลี่ยสะสมตลอดหลักสูตร ทั้งระดับปริญญาตรีและปริญญาโท 3.5 ขึ้นไป หากสำเร็จการศึกษาจากต่างประเทศ ต้องทำงานในประเทศมาแล้วไม่ต่ำกว่า 3 ปี TOEFL 237 (CBT) หรือ 92 (iBT), GRE 700 (Quantitative)
