Spine Label, Serial Claim, Overdue Notice, Fine Notices, ฯลฯ สร้าง Print Templates ได้เอง ระบุข้อความที่เป็นข้อความคงที่ (static text), ควบคุมรูปแบบ (layout), ขนาดและรูปแบบ ตัวอักษร ขนาดหน้า และสีพื้นหลัง ใช้ iReport (freeware application)

1. เซ็ต System Options ที่ระบบ character-based A > ADDITIONAL system functions A > ALTER system parameters S > SYSTEM codes O > Set system OPTIONS D > Database maintenance 40 > Enable Print Templates YES 2. กำหนดสิทธิสำหรับ template authorizations เช่น 282 Preview print templates 283 Update print templates tab 284 Import/export print templates 285 Delete print templates

3. เมื่อเข้าสู่โมดูลการทำงานแล้ว สามารถใช้งาน print templates โดย Admin --> Settings --> Print Templates การ create print template 1) Exporting a template 2) Editing the template 3) Importing the template ในที่นี้จะกล่าวถึงเฉพาะที่เป็น Spine Label

การ preview อาจจะไม่มี error แต่อาจจะตรงหรือไม่ตรงตามต้องการก็ได้ ต้อง Import Template ที่สร้างเสร็จแล้ว กลับเข้าไปในโมดูลก่อน แล้ว Preview ข้อมูลดู

Print Templates อื่น ๆ ก็ทำวิธีการเดียวกันกับ Spine Label แต่ในกรณีที่ Template ที่ต้องการนำเข้า มีรูปภาพอยู่ด้วย จะต้องเลือกไฟล์ Template และรูปภาพพร้อมกัน โดยใช้ Shift และปุ่ม Ctrl
