2. เมื่อ Login ได้เรียบร้อย กดปุ่ม New Form เพื่อดำเนินกรอกข้อมูลขอเข้าใช้งาน OTP

3. ในส่วน User Information ขอให้ระบุข้อมูลดังนี้ Contact Number ของท่าน Request Type ให้เลือก Create New Subject ขอให้ระบุ OTP : One Time Password

4. ในส่วน Requisition ขอให้ระบุข้อมูลดังนี้ Purpose/Reason ระบุเป็น P95 – Internet Application User (OTP) Type of Account ระบุเป็น Permanent System Name ระบุเป็น OTP - Internet Access System Platform Name ระบุเป็น OTP – Technical Configuration Management (TCM) Service Name ระบุเป็น (C1) Employee – Internet Access

New Message To: Message: GETOTP Sent SMS พิมพ์คำว่า “ GETOTP ” ส่งไปที่ “ ” กรณีที่ไม่มีสิทธิ์ในการใช้งาน OTP Reply SMS “ OTP password : You have no Authorize in OTP!“ From: NOC-OTP OTP password : You have no authorize in OTP!
