2 เป้าหมายการนิเทศการพยาบาลด้านคลินิก
เพื่อหาวิธีการที่ผู้ปฏิบัติงานสร้างพันธะ สัญญา ร่วมมือกันจนเกิดประโยชน์ต่อ ผู้รับบริการ เพื่อปรับปรุงการดูแล พัฒนาและปรับ มาตรฐานการดูแลให้ดีขึ้น เพื่อพัฒนาบุคลากรให้มีทักษะเชิงวิชาชีพ และมีความพึงพอใจในงาน
