ข้อแนะนำภาคปฏิบัติ จาก concepts ต่าง ๆ ที่กล่าวถึงข้างต้น หากท่าน Keep all in Mind แล้ว ก็ควรลงมืออภิปรายร่วมกัน และเขียนเอกสารหลักสูตรร่วมกัน โดยหัวข้อที่ สำคัญ คือ สถานการณ์ภายนอกหรือการพัฒนาที่จำเป็นต้องนำมาพิจารณาในการวางแผนหลักสูตร ... ผลกระทบต่อการพัฒนาหลักสูตรและความเกี่ยวข้องกับพันธกิจของสถาบัน.... และ ความสัมพันธ์ (ถ้ามี) กับหลักสูตรอื่น ที่เปิดสอนในคณะ/ภาควิชาอื่นของสถาบัน ปรัชญา ความสำคัญ และวัตถุประสงค์ของหลักสูตร แผนพัฒนาปรับปรุง (ผู้เรียน) รายวิชาบังคับ รายวิชาเลือก และรายวิชาพื้นฐานอื่นๆ (ถ้ามี) ในเวลาจำกัด จุดเน้นควรอยู่ที่ “อักษรสีแดง” โดยเฉพาะรายวิชาบังคับ

ข้อคิดขอฝาก การจัดทำเอกสารหลักสูตร เป็นจุดเริ่มต้นของการ “พัฒนาผู้เรียน” ที่ถูกทิศทาง ต้อง กำหนดให้สอดคล้องกับสภาพสังคมแห่งอนาคต เป็นสังคมของผู้เรียน เพราะผู้เรียนในวันนี้ โดยเฉพาะระดับปริญญาตรี ต้องเป็นผู้ใหญ่ในสังคมแห่งอนาคต เป็นสังคมที่มีการ เปลี่ยนแปลงอย่างรวดเร็ว แตกต่างจากสังคมที่เราๆ เคยผ่านมา ต้องพัฒนาพวกเขาให้ สามารถยืนหยัดในสังคมแห่งอนาคตนั้นได้อย่างมีศักดิ์ศรีและอย่างมีความสุข โดยเฉพาะ “รายวิชา” ที่จะกำหนดในหลักสูตรจะต้องทบทวนถามตัวเราเองหลายๆ ครั้งว่า “จะทำให้ ผู้เรียนมีความเก่ง มีความดี มีทักษะ มีความสามารถ มีศักยภาพเพียงพอที่จะไปแข่งขันกับ ผู้เรียนในสถาบันอื่นๆ รวมทั้งสามารถหางานทำ รวมทั้งทำงานได้อย่างมีความสุข และมี ความก้าวหน้าในวิชาชีพของเขาในอนาคตหรือไม่” ให้ตระหนักว่า สิ่งที่เราทำในปัจจุบัน หมายถึง “ชีวิตของผู้เรียน” ดังนั้น ตั้งใจทำให้ดีที่สุด (Do the best)

ที่ควรหลีกเลี่ยงมากๆ คือ การรับนักศึกษาเกินกำหนด ที่ส่งผลต่อการบริหารหลักสูตรที่ผิดไปจากมาตรฐานของหลักสูตรและเกณฑ์ของ สกอ..... อันตราย หากมีการตรวจสอบแล้วจะเกิดปัญหา
