Accept & Except Accept (V.) = ยอมรับ Except (V., pre.) = ยกเว้น - He accepted my invitation. ( เขารับคำเชิญของฉัน) - He gets up early everyday except Sunday. ( เขาตื่นนอนเช้าทุกวัน ยกเว้นวันอาทิตย์)

Apposite & Opposite Apposite (adj.) = เหมาะสม Opposite (adj.) = ตรงข้าม - The government policy is apposite to the present political situation. ( นโยบายของรัฐบาลเหมาะสมกับสภาพการเมืองในปัจจุบัน) - “Black” is opposite to “White”. (ดำตรงข้ามกับขาว)

27 Assure(V.) = ทำให้มั่นใจ รับรอง
Assure Ensure & Insure Assure(V.) = ทำให้มั่นใจ รับรอง  She assures me that there is no danger. (หล่อนทำให้ฉันมั่นใจว่ามันไม่มีอันตรายใดๆ) Ensure (V.) = ทำให้มั่นใจ ไม่มีกรรมตามก็ได้ใช้ assure แทนได้  She can’t ensure him of a good post. (หล่อนไม่สามารถทำให้เขามั่นใจว่า เขาจะได้รับตำแหน่งที่ดี) Insure (V.) = ประกัน เป็นการป้องกันการเสี่ยงใช้กับ (against)  She insured her life for two million baht.
